How should I schedule an appointment?
Hotel guests can call from their room phones to the spa reception or the hotel reception for reservations and inquiries. You can also communicate with our team at or . Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability of your preferred time. You may also directly call or walk in at the spa; however, appointments will be as per availability at that time.

When should I arrive?
It is best to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to change, relax, settle down and acquaint yourself with our facilities. You can also relax in the steam/shower facility (subject to availability at the specific location). If you are going to be delayed, please inform the spa team to avoid inconvenience to other guests.

Are there any restrictions on the types of food or drinks I can consume around my spa session?
Heavy meals and alcohol consumption are not advised immediately before or after a spa session. Instead, small amounts of fluids like water, fresh juice or herbal tea should be taken after a spa session to help release toxins out of the body.

Who should not take a spa session?
A relaxing spa session is good for general well being. However, individuals with certain conditions like high blood pressure, allergies to specific products, claustrophobia, fever, recent surgery or acute body pain should ideally avoid a spa session or undertake a spa session after consulting their physician.

Can a pregnant lady take a spa session?
For pregnant ladies, it is perfectly normal to take light massages for easing muscle pains. However, guests are requested to consult their physicians about whether it is safe to take partake of professional spa services. If you inform the spa engagement managers about your pregnancy, they will ensure that the most accomplished healers trained in pre-natal massages take care of your comfort during the session.

What are the spa guidelines?
We provide a serene ambiance that soothes and relaxes our guests. Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and calmness. The spa is a smoke and mobile-free zone. We request you to put your mobile phones on silent mode when in the spa premises. If you have young children, we can request the hotel to help with the baby sitting facility (if available for the specific location). It is not advisable for children to accompany parent(s) at the spa.

Who will be my healer?
Tattva Spa employs virtuoso masseurs who are adept at helping our guests gain an unparalleled spa experience. We do not allow guests to choose their healers. Depending upon availability at the time of booking, you will be allocated a proficient healer.

What will I be wearing for the spa session?
Tattva spa respects your privacy and modesty. The healer will provide you with appropriate disposable undergarments to be worn at the time of your service. Our accomplished masseuse, will only un-cover the specific body part being serviced. In case you find the disposable under-garment to be of an inappropriate size for you, we request you to wear your own under-garment.

Can I speak during my spa session?
Please feel free to share with your healer, your level of comfort with the pressure, room temperature, music, lighting or need for extra head rest. An ideal spa session should be conducted in the tranquility of the soothing spa music only.

Can I extend my spa session?
You may request your healer to extend your session from 60 minutes to 90 minutes or longer. We would try our best to accommodate any change or extension of spa session. The healer will confirm this after checking with the spa engagement manager, for which your service might be interrupted for a few minutes.

How do I pay for my spa session?
You can put the spa bill on the tab with your room bill, and it can be settled at the time of checkout. You can also pay by cash or card immediately after your spa session. You might be required to make this payment at the hotel reception desk.

Can I get an allergic reaction after the spa session?
Tattva spa provides services in the most hygienic environment using safe and organic products. Kindly convey details of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which are likely to affect your therapy when making your Spa reservation. In the rare case of getting an allergic skin reaction after a spa session, we request you to contact the nearest available doctor immediately and write to us at wecare@tattvaspa.com with the details of your condition.

Healer's rights and duties
Tattva Spa employs and trains professionals to provide unrivaled spa services to guests. We expect the guests to respect the healers’ profession and modesty. Tattva Spa takes serious action against guests who might make inappropriate remarks, sexually harass, attempt to molest or attempt to offer money against sexual favors to the healers. In case of such an untoward incident, Tattva Spa would immediately terminate the service, charge the full payment and report the matter to the hotel and the relevant legal authorities.

How to make a reservation?
You can schedule a mobile spa service by calling us at +91 9999835852 or making an online booking through our website: Mobile Spa. In order to avoid disappointment, please request for your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

What are the timings of the spa?
We are open 6 days a week (except Monday), and provide services from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. You may request for an appointment for early (up to 9:00 AM) or for later (up to 8 pm) and we will try to serve you as per availability.

What is your cancellation policy?
Full reimbursement will be provided for any treatment cancelled four hours prior to the appointment time. You would be liable to pay 50% of the total due bill if you cancel any time after 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Where will the service be done?
Tattva mobile spa service should be received in a quiet room with privacy. The team will need a space of 7 ft by 4 ft to set up the spa. It should be adequately warm or cold according to your own comfort. The healers might require access to a plug point and warm water for specific services.

How to make the payment?
A credit or debit card is required to secure an online booking with us. You could pay online via the payment gateway integrated with our website, or via cash after your service. We will not be able to accept payment via credit card or debit card after the service.

Should I tip my healer?
Spa services are personalized and tipping for a satisfactory service is a guest’s preference. Typically 10%-15% of the service value is appropriate. The guests are however not obliged to tip.

Why should I buy a wellness gift card?
Spa gift vouchers are wonderful gift options. It’s a customized gift card with the recipient’s name, the presenter’s name and a personal message from him/her. You can make an online purchase or visit any of our spa facilities to buy the gift card. Guests can avail a wellness service of his or her choice across any of our spa centers in India.

How can I purchase a wellness gift card?
A wellness gift card can be purchased online via the Tattva website or by visiting a Tattva spa center. To purchase via the website, you may directly opt to mail the recipient a soft copy of the card (with personal message). On purchase of the gift card at a Tattva Spa center, you will get the standard hard copy.

Can I purchase wellness gift cards in bulk?
You may purchase any number of gift cards and avail convenient discounts when purchasing more than 10 gift cards at a time. Please write to us at crm@tattvaspa.com for your bulk purchase requests.

Where can the recipient redeem the spa gift card?
The recipient can redeem a spa gift card at any of our 35 spa locations across 23 cities in India. The gift card can also be redeemed against mobile spa services, only if the card specifically mentions the same. Mobile spa services are available in Delhi-NCR. Please note that the location of gift voucher purchase is not a limiting factor in the location for redemption.

For what duration is a spa gift card valid?
All gift cards come with a standard validity of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Is the payment gateway secure for transaction through net banking /credit card?
All payments via Tattva website are processed through PayU which is a secure payment gateway. You may read more about the security features here.

What are the terms and conditions of redeeming Tattva wellness gift cards?
Validity cannot be extended. It is mandatory to bring the gift card (in original or printed out from the soft copy) at the time of redemption. One voucher can be redeemed only once by a single person. The gift card is non-transferable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards cannot be clubbed with any other offers. Prior appointment (24 hours in advance) is essential. An appointment will be provided as per the availability. Standard spa service etiquettes apply.
