• Tattva Spa gift cards can be used to avail a variety of spa services at any of our 85+ spa locations across 40+ cities in India.
• Gift cards are valid for a standard period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
• All payments made through the Tattva website are securely processed via Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway.
• The validity period of the gift card cannot be extended.
• Redemption of the gift card (soft copy) or a printout of the soft copy is mandatory at the time of availing the spa service.
• Each gift card can be redeemed only once by a single person.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be clubbed with any ongoing offers or promotions.
• Tattva Spa e-gift cards are non-refundable.
• Prior appointment, at least 24 hours in advance, is necessary for availing the spa service.
• Spa services are subject to availability.
• Standard spa service etiquettes and rules apply.
