Terms & Conditions for Membership purchases

Simpli Spa Membership

  1. Membership can be redeemed from Mon – Thur during Spa operational hours.
  2. The validity for this membership is for 6 months (can be extended by 2 months with Business Lead approval)
  3. Membership can be confirmed only upon complete advance payment.
  4. The actual service price will be deducted from the Membership Available balance upon the usage of the facility & services.
  5. Redeem your membership exclusively at your home center.**
  6. Membership redemption can be done by a maximum of 1 individual on a single day.
  7. The OTP for redemption will be sent to the registered number. Redemption will not be possible without the OTP. Kindly contact the central customer service desk in case the mobile number needs to be updated.
  8. The actual total number of services you will avail in your membership will depend on the exact choice of services and durations as per the menu. The menu price for the same will be deducted from your total available balance amount.
  9. We advise booking your service request 24 hours in advance especially for weekends and bank holidays to avoid disappointment.
  10. Membership balance cannot be redeemed against or clubbed with another offer.
  11. Membership cannot be redeemed on already discounted spa packages.
  12. Any leftover credits/balance will be carried forward to the new membership plan when renewed.
  13. Membership balance cannot be used to buy gift/prepaid cards or products.
  14. Once the membership tenure expires, discount benefits will not be available until the membership is renewed.
  15. In case you are travelling and would like to pause your membership, please advise the central customer service desk. Membership can be paused for a maximum of 2 times and for a maximum of 1 month at a time in the tenure of the membership.
  16. No compensation will be paid for any service or membership.
  17. Prior appointment is mandatory & is subject to availability.
  18. The management holds the right to cancel one’s membership due to any kind of bad conduct or sexually suggestive and unacceptable behaviour & no refund shall be allowed.
  19. No refund will be allowed.
  20. Non sharable.

Peace Membership

  1. PEACE is a prepaid membership plan under Tattva REViBE
  2. Membership can be confirmed only upon complete advance payment.
  3. Membership opening balance of INR 24000 is valid for 8 months from the date of purchase.
  4. The actual service price will be deducted from the Membership Available balance upon the usage of the facility & services.
  5. The 25% discount is implied by offering a higher Opening balance and does not imply further discount on menu price.
  6. Redeem your membership exclusively at your home center.**
  7. Membership redemption can be done by a maximum of 1 individual on a single day.
  8. The OTP for redemption will be sent to the registered number. Redemption will not be possible without the OTP. Kindly contact the central customer service desk in case the mobile number needs to be updated.

  4. The actual service price will be deducted from the Membership Available balance upon the usage of the facility & services.
  5. The 33% discount is implied by offering a higher Opening balance and does not imply further discount on menu price.
  6. Redeem your membership exclusively at your home center.**
  7. Membership redemption can be done by a maximum of 1 individual on a single day.

  4. The actual service price will be deducted from the Membership Available balance upon the usage of the facility & services.
  5. The 45% discount is implied by offering a higher Opening balance and does not imply further discount on menu price.
  6. Redeem your membership exclusively at your home center.**
  7. Avail 25% discount upon your spa redemption visit at other than home center**
  8. Membership redemption can be done by a maximum of 1 individual on a single day.
