The **front desk staff lacked courtesy** and didn’t bother checking if I was satisfied post-treatment. I specifically booked a **deep tissue massage**, but the masseuse seemed untrained in the technique—even after I repeated my needs multiple times. The **basic amenities were subpar**: the robes felt scratchy, the massage table was uncomfortable, and I felt cold during the session. The **steam room also didn’t work properly**, adding to the letdown. On a positive note, the **scheduling team was helpful**—they accommodated my late arrival without hassle. Sadly, this couldn’t make up for the poorly executed massage and lack of attention to detail. **Would not recommend** for deep tissue or premium spa experiences. Needs better-trained therapists and facility upgrades. *Pro tip:* Double-check therapist expertise and facility conditions before booking.

I had two sessions one with Rebecca and the other with Saksena. 100% best massages I’ve had they were strong and professional. I have pain in shoulder and peraformas muscle which squeezes my sciatic nerve. Both were able to improve pain levels and totally relax me. The steam sauna is great, all marble with shower to have a cool rinse. The face massage was excellent, my beard didn’t both either of the masseuses. I booked an appointment at Tattva wellness, Marriott, Hydrabad on Sat, 30 Nov. I found it online, and my experience was extremely disappointing. After securing a time slot, making the payment, and receiving a confirmation, I drove 40 km to the spa, only to be told that the time slot I booked was unavailable. I was asked to choose a different time, which felt unprofessional and frustrating, especially considering I had already planned my day around the original appointment. After two hours of waiting, the service finally began. Unfortunately, it didn’t improve from there. The steam room was unbearably hot to the point where my skin started to feel like it was burning, making it difficult to relax. To make matters worse, there was no conditioner available in the shower room, which is a basic expectation at any spa. Overall, the lack of professionalism and the subpar facilities left me with a negative impression. Given the inconvenience, discomfort, and poor service, I would not recommend this spa to anyone. It was a letdown, especially considering the high expectations I had based on their online presence.

I was very sceptical about the service and did a thorough research but as soon as I entered, I realised quite immediately that I’m in good hands. Cici at the reception was exceptional and Priscilla and Rebecca was absolutely brilliant. We had Swedish massage followed by body scrub and hydrating facial followed by sauna and a bath. The service was excellent, but I had an issue regarding the appointment since i booked it online after seeing an promotional ad, i informed the staff that i had an apointment at 12 pm as i was instructed to come prior 20 mins i followed the same i was half an hour early, cut to after the massage the manager says the voucher was not valid as i was late and i have to pay the full mrp despite the offer. I told them i prepaid my discounted voucher amount before ahead and hence the appointment. 2. Again the manager said the voucher is valid only mon to thursday and clearly it was on monday that i went. 3. Again they said voucher was not valid as it was a public holiday, but when i booked an apointment a week prior i was not informed regarding any holidays and terms conditions was verbally mentioned to me clearly stated that the offer is valid from mon to thursday, which i followed and the appointment was verbally confirmed on phone. And regarding the public holiday also i had called them on their online number from my side just to confirm the appointment irrespective of the holiday but nobody answered so i went ahead to the venue only to my shock the online team and branch staff pulled cheap stunts to make me pay the mrp and not the ongoing offer. Making lame excuses that i turned up late, it's a holiday trying to pin me up to pay extra. It was a clear case of mis communication from branch staff and the online team, instead of resolving they were trying to pin on me by making lame excuses.After a good amount of heated discussion they agreed on the voucher amount. Tattva spa is such a reputed chain did not expect this behaviour will definitely not return to the tattva tank bund branch. Please do not put any promotional offers if you cannot execute it. The massage was undoubtedly excellent but because of this it ruined my experience. Also i have attached the t and c that was sent to me by mail which does not state regarding any holidays.

I didn’t take the spa services but the salon was like any other regular salon the staff is trained average…. the place where they do the services is tacky the rooms are extremely compact it did not feel like a star hotel their service and hospitality is laughable Hairdresser has regular experience boring!!! He lacked experience in treating a child kindly I regret my experience bad decision from my side…. Should not have come here. Sorry your place did not meet average standards!!!!

I opted for abhyanga massage. Not sure if they really know what it really means. The room was too tiny since their other rooms AC wasn't working. She didn't even touch my head. The strokes were so hard, left me with pain the next on my back & a few points on my foot. It felt like a general massage with warm oil. Not a great experience at the price that they are charging

Professional Spa. With goodness of Ayurvedic oils, this place is a must visit for all your massage needs. Jet lag reliever, travel energizer, pedicure, fatigue relieve, head massage with ayurvedic Oils is available currently ( Most of the salon services weren't available, but spa services are ) You get to choose your head massage from a variety of massages, I had Pavitra which is a must try head massage with rejuvenating oils and relieving massage by one of the staff members from Nagaland. She has provided a good 30min. service with medium to high pressure massage relieving all my nerves and the frontal head. This is the best spa in Secunderabad. Services available should have more variety, I must have rated it a 5 star.
