Always checking for our comfort and preferences throught our session. 10/10 definitely recommended. 👍👍👍

I'm addition to the excellent spa therapy, I also liked the traditional Indian decor in the rooms, instead of the usual Buddha statues that you see in other spas. The Indian elements such as the Konark wheel, the hampi Vijaya Vitthala temple etc added a nice ambience. I wish you add more such elements. The rooms were clean, spacious, and rest room and shower were luxurious. Rosa the therapist was good and meticulous with deep tissue massage. Overall great experience.

Some parts of the massage were really good. I wanted a long massage (paid for 90 min + 30 min service) but it was still rushed towards the end and around 20 mins short. When branded places do this (it was nearing closing time) it is a bit disheartening. I also feel the masseuse was not very experienced and the strokes felt random. They don't have an attached bathing room and steam. They had such great reviews but I won't lie I am disappointed. The receptionist told she will give me 30 mins extra next time but it's not about the money, it's about the service you provide the first time.

The massage experience was good, could be better. However, the rest of the experience was pretty horrible. The washroom in which I was supposed to shower was very stinky. The floor mats were so dirty, it was hard to believe they were washed/replaced anytime within the last 3 months. Also, people can just walk into the washroom to keep your stuff on a bench which wasn't told beforehand, it was made to belive that this is a private space. The spa is situated inside grand Mercure hotel. Their service was good and relaxing. You need to get special access from the hotel staff or the spa staff to enter the floor via lift which was not guided in the beginning which caused a little confusion but the spa staff was helpful and quickly resolved the issue. They had varieties of Spa offerings, with a steam bath , hot shower, shampoo , moisturizer and hair drying equipments available for use in the washroom. Their facilities was clean, neat and tidy. The masseuse was professional and she made sure that the client is comfortable and she even suggested the best type of spa that we can opt according to our need. This place is situated near gopalan mall, I would suggest to take appointment to avoid any wait time. i didn't need to wait as I went on a week day. Quite relaxing experience

We visited this outlet of the chain as they only had slot for couple spa here. The spa is located inside the hotel and is very well managed. The staff was courteous. I’d highly recommend taking a service here. One star was deducted because of the price. I feel it is tad more economical to visit other spa centers (for example: Meghavi) and would request Tattva team to appropriately price their services for driving more footfall. Please note: you need to fill up the health declaration form before you avail the service (saves 5 minutes if you can do it before you arrive)

TL;DR - Nice atmosphere, not worth the time and splurge otherwise. I booked the Deep Sleep package on the first evening of my week long stay at the hotel. I requested the steam room thinking to loosen my painfully tight shoulders so the massage could be more effective. The massage room was uncomfortably hot. I thought the steam had overheated me but it turns out the AC in the whole spa was not working. My room didn't even have a working fan. It was 30C 80% humidity weather. The poor therapist had to exert herself under conditions where even lying still was uncomfortably hot for me. The deep tissue massage was more like firm Swedish. There was little use of thumbs and no use of forearms and elbows. Knots in my shoulder were not addressed. A lot of the full body massage time was spent on the legs. This was followed by separate leg massage part of the package, repeating the same few strokes on the calves. Feet (most fatigued part of the legs) were not massaged at all, only toe joints popped. The therapist lacked skill and training, though I admire her professionalism under bad circumstances. The women's locker room lacked simple amenities like shower caps and combs (though they had a hair dryer for your uncombed hair). I told the front desk I was disappointed they did not inform me about lack of AC (supposed to be fixed next day) since I would have preferred to reschedule the appointment. I was given a "sorry" but no concession or even any acknowledgement that their service was lacking. Overall, a subpar experience for the price point. Staff is not skilled and management is more concerned with grabbing money than delivering a quality customer experience. Look elsewhere if you want a truly healing spa visit, or better yet, use the foam roller in the gym upstairs for free.

After shower no amenities like comb or similar available. Linked with the average to low performance during the massage, i’d recommend not to visit this place. Better check offers outside of hotel. All that the receptionist of the spa was informed, but she said sorry and asked for full price…. nogo

Priyanka is so friendly and has an amazing sense of humour and will literally make you feel like you’re at home. My therapist Reganti was so skilled and trust me all the therapists are! I've just left the spa after getting the services, and am writing this review only after having paid the bill. Based on the various raving reviews, my SO and me went to Tattva Spa to get a deep tissue massage. We have been to our share of spas, both within and and out of India, and to say that this was the most disappointing massage we've ever got would be an understatement of the decade. Besides the location and the ambience, nothing at this place qualifies as a spa. All we got in the name of a massage was just "oil application", with the masseuse constantly whispering and giggling. Inspite of requesting the masseuse to increase the pressure, and even pointing out the pain areas, they paid no heed to it whatsoever. It wasn't a deep tissue massage, but a deep dent to the pocket for sure. I'm not one to write reviews in general, but I sure don't want people wasting their money by visiting this place. The manager, Priyanka, needs to focus on actually improving the services rather than trying so hard to sell their products and packages. Instead of asking clients for a positive feedback on Google ven before they have actually experienced their services, it'll do the spa more good to focus on their services and the quality of the masseuse they hire.

After a very long set of flight and the joys of economy flights this place was a god send. The staff was amazing and very polite and helpful. They offers several massage options, I selected the 90 traditional Indian style massage. It stared with you own rob and slippers, proceeded by a very nice foot bath. You are provided very comfortable disposable massage underwear to wear during your massage. The massage oil is wonderful and hydrating to the skin, no sting perfumes or anything unnatural. After the massage you are escorted to a private shower, there you can take your time in your own private steam room to increase the relaxation. A private show is also I. The same room. Take your time, enjoy the experiences. Cost is extremely 5900 INR. Needless to say will be back several time before I depart back home.

I made a reservation online the previous night and paid 100% online for a massage @Tattva Spa, Gopalan, Mall, Bangalore. However, due to some urgent meetings, I had to cancel my appointment. To my horror, they simply refused a refund - not even a partial refund - saying it's their policy. They should've at least prominently warned me online at the time of payment which wasn't done. So I strongly advice potential customers - DO NOT BOOK & PAY ONLINE if you are not 100% sure of making it on time. The customer service was firm, polite & courteous and they did offer me a voucher that can be used later. Definitely an unhappy & disappointed customer who feels swindled. Companies that make profits by swindling unsuspecting, genuine customers don't survive for long.

The therapist , the reception manager are really well trained and nice people. Our massage was also good. But the infrastructure of facility is poor and spolied our experience. The towels were not cleaned well left traces all over our body and the shower was completely clogged . Feel bad for the staff who despite doing their best effort have to deal with angry customer - for no fault of theirs This review doesn’t reflect on the staff but the infrastructure of the place which the owner needs to take care of .
