I have been here 3 times since i see this as the only Genuine spa in Bangalore where they don't ask for extra.Therapist are really nice and professional do their work perfectly.Amen and Angel are incredible.But things i noted infrastructure and cleanliness lacks .Their kokum in shot glas is not tat nice. There is no separate bathroom it's common. There are gaps in door where everyone can see and no locks.Water clogging ..oilish floor . Previously kept underwears are hanging.towels are not that fresh.

Massage was good but NO value for money for overall experience. Service staff could be trained better. Infrastructure is not up to the mark. Beds are torn out and it itches while getting massage done. Rooms can not be locked from inside. They do not have slippers to provide. Lack of hygiene - we were two people and they used same water (not even warm) to wash our feet. After going into steam realised that there was no body wash - had to ask and wait for 15 minutes. Last but not the least after finishing shower there was no one to serve tea - had to go and ask them, and only then received it. This kind of treatment I can get in Kerala for 1000 rs, not worth to pay 4000 rs.

Absolutely disgraceful experience at Tattva spa located in Novotel Hotel bellandur. I’ve never been more disappointed in my life, and this was my very first time going to a spa. We decided to go for a couple’s therapy, and what a complete waste of money it turned out to be. Their website promises a relaxing, professional experience with detailed explanations, herbal drinks before and after the session, and a tranquil atmosphere. None of this was delivered. We arrived 35 minutes before our appointment, as instructed, but there was absolutely no one to welcome or guide us. I had to approach the receptionist myself and ask if they would explain the process to us since it was our first time. She handed us a pamphlet—no explanation, nothing! Then she casually told us the therapy wouldn’t start until 11 AM, so we were left to wait around doing nothing. There was no preparation, no communication, no attempt at making us feel comfortable or welcomed. At 11, we were rushed into a treatment room that wasn’t ready. We were handed a tiny sip of kokam sharbat that too in 2 diff tiny 1 sip cups , the cups were not even same! After that, we had to change in a room that felt completely rushed and disorganized. The therapist didn’t even give us time to settle. We were hurried through the whole process, making it anything but relaxing. To top it off, our 90-minute session ended abruptly and I’m convinced it wasn’t even the full 90 minutes, becz in the beginning they were preparing room and called us late to change which wasted our time… they should have made us teady 15 mins before to change and all atleast… also in the beginning there was only one bowl from which both our legs were cleaned … if there is a couple they must have 2 separate bowls for feet cleaning…. After the massage, we were left in a tiny sauna and shower area, which was barely big enough for one person, let alone a couple. The bathroom had clogged drains, and water was spilling everywhere—it was absolutely disgusting. There was no post-treatment drink offered, no care, no hospitality. We weren’t even asked if we needed water! This so-called “premium spa” was nothing but a scam. Not even close to the high standards promised ! The entire experience was rushed, unprofessional, and far from relaxing. A total waste of money and time—do yourself a favor and avoid Tattva at all costs. A complete letdown.

The masseuse, while professional, lacked the expertise and motivation expected for such a service. I found the pressure and technique not up to my expectations, leading to a disappointing session. The lackluster massage made me feel as though both my time and money could have been better spent elsewhere. Booking was pretty easy, i left my phone number on the Google page and they gave me a call to make an appointment, my appointment got booked for the same day. Spa is opposite to Intel office and if u r going by 2 wheeler- parking is free..there is no separate parking for Novotel customers i believe..i parked my vehicle at Ibis parking space..u need to change lifts to get to the place from parking space.They took me in as soon as I reached the place, i opted for swedish massage and my masseuse was kimi - she was really good at her job and she made sure i was okay with the pressure..Followed by massage was steam..u can take steam for 10 mins Max and the quality of the products they gave for the shower was good...They give herbal tea once your service is done.. Ambience was good, the place was clean, staff made me feel comfortable..it was my first time but i can definitely say it won't be my last time.. Pointers which u might need to know - They will give you vanity kit- which consists of earbuds and cottons Shower cap will be given. There was no plug point to use the hair dryer - so i couldn't dry my hair. They didn't give hair comb- not sure if it's usually included or not. Use n throw foot wear were given. It actually took almost 1.5 - 2 hrs for my entire service - so ensure u have enough time to spend there. Second review - Despite my previous positive feelings, this time was quite different. The online appointment started on time, and I enjoyed the Swedish massage. However, when I extended for a head massage, it was disappointing; the masseuse seemed inexperienced. The hair comb and dryer worked this time. Sharing the steam room was uncomfortable, though fortunately, the previous user left. The post-steam shower was unpleasant, as it was unclean. While this might not be everyone's experience, it's advisable to have everything checked by housekeeping before use.

Lack of basic infrastructure - Waste of Money - Strongly not suggested My wife visited the Spa last weekend and i must say it was one of the worst experience. Torn Towels to missing bath robes to Air con not working, to basic grooming of masseuse who had over grown nails, it was one of worst experiences. After paying 4k +, it was surely shocking to see that the Spa so called 5 star lacked basic infrastructure. They think, guests are not exposed to going to Spa or are not well travelled and hence they can get away. This place should be shut down immediately. I have never been to a Spa where you have torn towels, no bath robe, no bathroom amenities post Spa, no Air con and staff is not groomed. No tea offered . I had an appointment at 3 pm, but the massage could only begin at 3.45 pm. No value of time of clients !! Before the actual massage, the masseuse did not even clean the feet with water -- which is pretty illogical and a courtesy provided by other highly rated spas. The actual massage was okayish, but the post massage experience was horrible. There are no attached washrooms and no slippers were provided to go to the common washroom. I was not even told that steam is included in the package and was directly told to go in the washroom. What kind of service is that? This is absolute fraud considering the amount of money is paid to avail the service. Overall, it's a solid 1 star. EDIT: No one from the management has connected with me.

I booked the place as a gift for my friend. Booking online is pretty simple, leave your number on their site and they give you a call back. They've a good variety of spa options - deep-tissue, Swedish etc. My friend loved the full session. The only reason I've reduced a star is due to the extremely late written confirmation of the appointment being fixed. (Even after immediate online payment). I got an "appointment confirmed" message after asking them about 5 times, and that too one day after the spa finished. These sessions aren't cheap, there should be a better mechanism to confirm bookings.

Firstly the number mentioned on the coupon is wrong number and secondly when I reached out to them from website, they mentioned the offers are valid only on Wednesday however that is no where written on the certificate that I have got in fact they have mentioned that book an appointment 3 days in advance for weekends. Would like to escalate this to someone who can resolve this because the customer care guy named Saarthak doesn’t have answers besides a sorry. Fooling customers by selling fake membership is highly disappointing.
