Great customer service, very nice facilities, choice of oils and the booking included time after the massage to use a private steam room, shower and sit for a while with a herbal tea. Imo the price was also good value (almost half price vs UK/Europe). Highly recommended. Many thanks to Kuku and the Tattva team!

I opted for the Tattva Special and my husband chose the deep tissue massage. Both our therapist were excellent with their technique. Pathetic appointment management and scheduling. We were given 1 pm slot. We made a 45 mins drive and then upon reaching there, we were told that no slots are available. The receptionist had no idea that an appointment was made. We again had to call the number and were then informed the same. Please dont run your spa services if you cant handle a simple appointment. Had a deep tissue massage and Kuku was my therapist. She was great with her technique. She made sure to check on me if the pressure applied was enough and adjusted accordingly. The steam and shower and after the massage leaves you refreshed. Thats another INR 500 wgich they do not mention at the beginning of the service which does not some across right. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely come here again.

I visited Tattva Wellness Spa situated within Amritara Aura, Goa. I visited there for my relaxation and deep sleep but the girl who was giving me massage herself fell asleep two-three times in the middle of the massage. I felt like she was an intern and didn't know where to apply pressure and where not to. Service was very bad. I paid 7k rupees for deep tissue massage but I got a very bad experience because the staff was sleeping. Apart from this, when I went to take bath after the massage, their drainage system was so bad that the entire washroom was flooded. Even after complaining, the staff there did not take any action nor gave me any discount. My 7 thousand rupees were wasted. I would not recommend anyone to go to this spa.

The receptionist asked what was the green tea tree facial to them, which was booked, when it was clearly mentioned in their menu card online. The facial was mediocre and a waste of money. My spa experience at Tttava Goa was extremely disappointing. Despite a prior booking for a 2 pm spa session for two girls, clearly specifying the need for two female therapists, we were informed upon arrival that only one therapist was available, forcing us to take turns. Shockingly, the central team's oversight failed to communicate that it wasn't a couple's massage, and the blame game between the central team and the manager only added to the frustration. This mismanagement completely ruined our time and left us thoroughly dissatisfied with Tttava Goa's services.

Highly highly disappointed with the experience at TATTVA Spa. We had an appointment for 2 female massages for me and my friend. This was a part of our girl's day out in the very limited time that my friend had in Goa. I had made the booking well in advance thru their centeral booking number and only after a confirmation about the availability of 2 female therapists at the same time by Mr Sahil. However, when we reached the Spa we were told by their Manager, Ms Jennifer, that they had only 1 female therapist available as they didn't know our appointment was for 2 females. The other therapist was alloted to a Club member who only wanted that Therapist! We were told that their central team did not tell them that the booking was for 2 females. All they could offer was one massage after another or we wait till the other appointment was completed. So basically we would need to spend double the time, which we didn't have! The Manager blamed the centralised team for goofing up with the booking and when I spoke to the central team.. They didn't have any resolution, except to go for sequential services and take extra discount! After having driven for 45 mins for the appointment as I had read good reviews about the place, We felt totally taken for granted. While I can't comment on the quality of massages here, all I can say is their attitude when things go awry makes me not want to visit this place again! On the brighter side, we ended up at Myra Spa at Hotel Kenilworth just down the road and it indeed was an awesome experience there. I do wish the Tattva Spa team pick a lesson or two on professionalism and customer centricity from them!!

Very well maintained spa in South Goa. My friend and I wanted to visit the spa in our resort but unfortunately they haven't had a couple's rooms. We explored some places on Google and finalized Tattava Spa for our visit as it is a huge brand across pan India. Our visit to the spa made us relaxed beautifully for that day. Awe did my massage at the best of his abilities and gave a proper head massage in the end. After the massage, I took a steam bath located in their massage room. Overall, it was a very good experience for me and my friend. Very clean, hygienic, well maintained, and very good, caring, well behaved staff at this spa. I would highly recommend it.

Went there on my birthday. Really enjoyed the service. My masseur ms Neme ( apologies for the spelling bt it’s pronounced as NIMI) was great at her work. I had a steam and shower afterwards and the herbal tea was a cherry on cake. I had a swedish message with vishram oil and it did its work… Happy from the service.

I had a great experience at Tattva spa, Royal Orchid Goa. I got an Indian head massage from spa therapist Siddhi. She was amazingly friendly and absolutely knew what she was doing. It was a relaxing massage followed by 15 minutes of steam and a shower. They also dried my hair after that and gave me some delicious herbal tea. You must visit this spa on a day when you want to pamper yourself !!

This place is inside Royal Orchid Resort Great masseur and masseuse, my wife and I took a couples massage- deep tissue and abhyanga. They even understood my sciatica problem and repaired it. They had steam and shower options afterwards. The only thing that could be improved upon is the toiletries - no lotion, hair dryer, earbud etc. Other Tattvas I have been to have that option. Herbal tea post massage was also a great touch

Can't speak to the quality of the massage / masseuse but we had a horrible experience making a booking, as a result of which we decided to go elsewhere. Got through to the spa by going through Royal Orchid and a) the spa's phone sound quality was horrendous, b) the spa receptionist (or whoever was making the booking) spoke terrible English (ask for a facial and they talk about massages), and c) despite booking and confirming the appointment 3 times, on the day, they had a 'confusion' and did not book us in. The terrible experience with the booking led to us losing confidence in their ability to give a good massage/ overall experience and so we decided to go elsewhere.

I came in for a 90 min Tattva Massage . My massage was amazing. Great pressure, great technique, steam afterwards to help relax.The oils used for the massage made my muscles destress and skin felt smooth. The facility is really nice, clean and very welcoming . Felt extremely relaxed after the massage.Service was excellent. Having experienced quite a few Massages at different resort SPAs this was definitely a 5 star experience. Must try!

Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the managing skills of the managers in the front office. I visited Tattva Spa solely for face detan and they made me n my brother do a body wrap for the full body detan they said. And upon completion , they didn't do anything on our face. Surprisingly that was the only thing we wanted in the first place. Then upon calling the manager to the spa room, i had to make them do the face detan on my face which they finished in 10mins tops. Never had to undergo such an experience anywhere else. The staff who did the procedures were true professionals - no doubt.
