Hi... I booked an appointment in tattva Wellness Spa at Marriott Executive Apartments at SLN Terminus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, on 11 june 2025. I had a bad experience. When I entered in to the spa room, there was a bad smell . And also I noticed dirty and oil patches in blankets and also I noticed they are using dirty and used towels.And I called therapist and front desk lady and I showed the used blankets and towels with proofs and I asked both to change and maintain neatness.but there is no response from your staff.lack of respect, or inappropriate behavior from tattva staff can damage the client's experience. That's why I canceled my appointment and I came back. Being a regular customer, I am so disappointed, and next time, I strongly decided not to visit tattva spa...and I also I strongly recommend to my friends and hyderabadi's not to go tattva spa ..
