From the moment it began, the tension in my scalp, neck, and shoulders started to melt away. The pressure was just right—firm enough to relieve knots and stress, yet gentle enough to be calming. The therapist’s (Binita) technique was skillful and attentive. Overall, I would highly recommend a head massage to anyone looking to relieve stress.

I visited the Spa on 09 Feb 20 for a booking at 8 pm. The Spa is very good and well maintained in tune with the brand value of the Fariyad. The masseuse was also good and professional and did a good massage. However, the overall experience for me of the Spa was ruined cos of Steam Bath leaking pipe in the adjoining area of my massage room which was making some heart wrenching gurgling noises in the between my massage spoiling the tranquility of the massage area. Not to mention that the masseuse had to leave the massage room two three times in between to check on the noise. Not expected of 5 star place like Fariyas.. and add up that the Duty Manager, Mr Sutijh something told me that such technical issues keep happening and we can't help it. Totally unprofessional and non customer friendly response.
