Mr. Shoaib at Welcome Counter was supportive and helpful person. He was also understanding the situation and also solve the query proactively. I booked for 2 people but due to some work I had to go alone. But when I asked them to give me both sessions so they understand the concern and agreed to give me 2 hr session of DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE which I booked for. Miss Obakii who give massage was also very professional and understood my concern as I have some injury in lower back and also in hand and when I informed them they suggested that will give just oil massage there and other they will give Deep Tissue Massage and it was my 1st Experience with Tattva Spa and it was amazing. After massage Hot Shower, and also Steam facilities available there. Also after completion they asked about my experience and also welcoming and smile on their face which makes their hospitality more better. Thank you.

Overall a sub par experience. I personally felt it was more of an urban clap kind of experience rather than a 5 star hotel experience. I feel small nuances like average music, no foot soak before the spa, no reference to wear slippers or use bathrobe, average steam facility, didnt feel like a “spa” experience :(

I tried the Tattva Spa after early breakfast at 7:00 and my session was scheduled at 10:00. Talk to the Spa incharge and setup your convenient slot clean 2- 3 hours after food is good. Need to keep your tummy empty to the extent possible. Required take a lukewarm shower before the session. To be precise on therapy, individuals are requested to mention any ailments and mark areas where therapist need to pay more attention. I preferred for Deep Tissue massage. They offered Kokum Shot as welcome drink. The session was done by Ms. Walchi and it was really great experience, thanks 🙏 to her for her therapy. Do take the steam before you hit to bath. Of course before you finalise your appointment ask for ongoing discounts and special rate for residents at Grand Mercure 😀
