The experience began with a refreshing Kokum welcome drink, which was such a nice touch. Faraaj took great care with my hair, from the wash and conditioning to an incredibly relaxing scalp massage. He was attentive, gentle, and made the entire experience feel genuinely relaxing after a long journey. The service overall was excellent, and I would definitely return. I first tried Tattva Wellness at GIFT City Club when they were running a discount, and I was genuinely impressed with the experience. I liked it enough that I went ahead and took a Peace Membership, which has been completely worth it. The service is consistently good and a special mention to Rahul Gautam, the Spa Manager, who is always just a call away and extremely helpful. He has even managed to arrange a spa session for me on the spot with just around 30 minutes' notice, which I really appreciate. I also received a complimentary 60-minute session with my membership, which was a lovely addition to an already great experience. The staff, service and overall experience have been excellent. Tattva has become my go-to place for some much-needed downtime in GIFT City. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable and well-managed spa experience. The salon services are also great.

Hi Team Tattva, Recently I visited your spa at Gift City Club and my experience was just Wow. Let’s talk about everything I loved and then I will talk about what could be better. Let’s start: 1. The oil you guys use is very good. 2. The spa room or the cabin is very clean and well-designed. The shower area is well-designed; the hot and cold water taps are working super good—not too hot and not too cold. The best part of the entire room is the hair dryer—OMG, the best hair dryer I have seen in any spa. The towels are aromatic; that’s good, actually, that’s amazing. 3. The bed was very comfortable. 4. Let’s talk about the most important thing now: the massage. I took a deep tissue massage for 60 mins and trust me I felt super amazing. Shout out for the massage professional Pongloi—she is just amazing at her job, very professional and knowledgeable. At the end of the massage when she said the 60 mins were done, I was like "want more"—felt let’s just buy more 60 mins, it’s that amazing. She is highly recommended if you want a good massage and professional person; no nonsense, she is definitely very nice and hardworking in her job. Let’s talk about what could be better: The reception and welcome can be more luxurious or premium.

My massage with Pongloi was fantastic, she tailored the pressure and all aspects to me and was attentive and responsive. It was very relaxing with the firm pressure I requested for my tense muscles. It was very convenient to have a hot shower and hair dryer in the treatment room to wash away oils afterwards. This treatment helped me recover from long travels and jet lag.
