When i complained about it not being cool Joel said i could stop the therapy if i did not like it instead of acknowledging or working on the ac. Never ever experienced this kind of seevice before. Bhuie was my therapist - she was extremely sweet and kind - the massage was the exact amount of pressure and she made sure I was comfortable at all times - the steam bath after all the essential oils was a lovely addition to the whole experience.
