I had an superb experience at this spa and health club. I booked in for a deep tissue massage followed by a body scrub, and everything exceeded expectations. The therapists were clearly skilled and professional — attentive to pressure and technique, and genuinely committed to making the experience both therapeutic and relaxing. The highlight for me was the steam shower afterwards — an absolutely rejuvenating finish that left me feeling refreshed and completely reset. What really stood out was the personal touch: I was met by the Front Office Manager afterward to check in on my experience, which speaks volumes about their level of care and service. The entire facility is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a calming atmosphere throughout. Friendly, attentive staff and a strong focus on guest comfort made it a standout visit. I opted for the 90-minute Indian oil massage, and it was exactly what I needed after a long day exploring the streets of Agra and visiting the Taj Mahal. Margaret provided a full-body massage, focusing on the areas I requested, and I felt completely rejuvenated by the end of the session. My husband and I both had massages, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our day. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel at ease right from the start. We were greeted with a refreshing chilled drink upon arrival, and after the massage, we enjoyed a lovely cup of herbal tea. The team was also attentive to our preferences, adjusting the pressure to suit our needs. Overall, this was a top-tier experience.
