I booked a deep tissue massage spa package. We were a bit late but the spa manager Paras was very helpful, accomodated us and made all the arrangements. Chaname did an amazing job with the deep tissue massage and facial. This was a great experience and highly professional. The ambience was relaxing and rejuvenating. Had a great time and will visit again soon.

The spa is located inside Courtyard by Marriott Agra. I went for the Swedish relaxing massage and had a great experience — the masseuse was really professional and knew what they were doing. After the massage, they offered a steam and shower. Paras, the manager, was super helpful and made sure everything was well-coordinated, right from the slot booking to the overall experience. Overall : its just fine, if you have taken spa before, you will agree with me. Few downside: The steam doesn’t work and drainage was clogged (my wife review) Communication with therapist: poor, they only know their local language better (assam) and even english is difficult to understand for them. This is required as you are into the session, you ask certain question about pain which they dont understand. Stretching: was poor I would overall say that therapist did what they know and can, they also do some extra efforts where you want more massage but still there is lot of improvement if you have been to a better place. Ambience is okay, calming effect using tunes and aroma/smell is just okay.

Judging by the other reviews, the masseuses that are good must be good. However, the masseuse that did my deep tissue massage was obviously new. Had no idea what pressure points were to be pressed, hands were weak like a 10 year olds, and gave me a massage on my belly - for a deep tissue massage. They give a form at the start that asks where it wants to be targeted/avoided, but was not adhered to by the masseuse. Clearly they dont have trained, skilled masseuses here. I do not recommend to anyone, and is overcharged for what they provide given that they are in a hotel. Save your money, time, and body, and DO NOT GO HERE

We decided to look for an option outside the incredibly expensive luxury hotel massages and found Tattva spa on trip advisor. Very prompt response on call and good follow up on instructions on how to get there etc. The manager Spoke excellent English and was most helpful. We decided to have deep tissue massages which they then added some premium oil. The massages were world class and both girls seemed to be very instinctive on knowing where to find the sore spots. Booked for an hour could easily have done two. The premises are clean but not jacuzzis In the five star hotel. Highly recommend .

What a wonderful and relaxing experience! My family was vacationing in agra back in February I decided at the last minute to see if my daughter and I could get appointments for facials. Both toingam and yanon were so helpful in trying to accommodate us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get in on the same day, but while I was waiting for my daughter, manager offered that I could enjoy an aromatherapy foot soak and cup of tea. It was such a lovely and unexpected treat! I had an appointment the following day and enjoyed a Sea of Life facial with a neck, shoulder and hand massage. Just what I needed to complement an amazing week . I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

The spa itself is beautiful and you can use the steam room before your appointments. I had the aromatherapy massage which was amazing. Got 90 minute deep tissue massage and Robina was wonderful- I have bad should and neck muscle pains and knots.. she worked out these knots and I felt so much better immediately afterwards.. products they used had a nice scent and the rooms were soothing and relaxing with very comfortable beds and relaxing music. I was offered refreshing drink kokum juice while I filled out my paperwork. I was escorted personally to the back by the young lady that would do my therapy. That room in itself was the most relaxing place that I had ever been, especially the music it was very relaxing.Parmoni was very attentive to my needs, making sure at all times that I was comfortable and relaxed. She was very friendly and talkative while not being overwhelming . She changed the water for me just because it was a little too warm.she made me feel like I was the most important person in the world, sitting on those comfortable couches.The time didn’t fly by either; there was no ticking clock tracking my time. It was just a full one hour of complete pampering.I had an absolutely awesome time and can not wait to spend more time with you and your attentive staff in such a relaxing and rejuvenating environment. Aniruddh singh surprised me with herbal tea at last , the flavour was amazing. ~ A million thanks
