One of the worst SPA in Bangalore. I booked a Simpli SPA Membership on 01st May, made the payment. My order Id is 143896. It's been 5 days but still I haven't got any confirmation or receipt of the membership. Every day when I call, I get the same response from customer care that I will get confirmation in next couple of hours, but never gets it. I also asked to cancel the membership and refund my money, which they declined. So It's essentially, looting the customer in the name of membership, where Tattva simply takes the money but never provides the membership or refund the money. Worst customer service of Tattva, Worst management at Tattva. I recommend people to avoid Tattva SPA especially taking their membership as its nothing but cheating Customers.

My sister and I planned a surprise spa session for my parents on their 41st wedding anniversary, so we personally visited the location at Hilton embassy golflink and meet the lady in charge and booked the appointment and made a few requests like not to inform my parents the cost and give them the bill and also to receive them at the lobby as they would not have any idea of that the plan is. She agreed and assured us that she will take care of everything and we had to call her 10mins before they arrived. So on the day I had called the lady as ask to inform her that they would be reaching in a few mins but the lady didn't answer the call and so my parents were waiting at the lobby clueless as to even take the help from the front desk. When the lady finally answered the call she said she is waiting at the reception of the spa for my parents and no at the lobby or coordinated with the people at the lobby to receive my parents, she then later called back to yell at me stating she was busy with many clients and didnt have to time to receive my parents (which my mom confirmed to me that there were hardly anyone and she was behaving unpleasant.) Due to this my parents walking in the spa 10mins after the booked appointment time and had to wait for the room to be cleaned. While waiting she showed a brochure to my parents asking which massage they would need and ended up seeing the cost of the spa. I was very disappointed to receive a msg from my mom telling me the cost of the spa and feeling bad to have us spend so much on them, which I specifically asked the lady not to do. Over all very unhappy with the lady's behavior and professionalism. The massage was good is what my parents told. But some basic requests were not met by this lady and I'm surprised that a hotel like Hilton would employ such an unpleasant person to be in charge.

I’m giving this spa a 3-star rating, but it’s more for the therapist Elsa than anything else. She’s absolutely amazing and knows how to deliver a great massage, so I’d highly recommend her. However, the rest of the experience was disappointing. Their personal grooming services, especially facials, were poorly done. It felt like they just went through the motions without any real care or skill. I also had a terrible experience with a staff member named Ren. She was lazy, and the service she provided was worse than what you’d get at a basic spa. For a place that claims to offer premium services, and money they charge, this was unacceptable. Overall, if you’re going for a massage with Elsa, you’ll get a good experience. But for everything else, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I go to Tattva Spa every Saturday just to get a hair wash & straight blow dry from Lakhan. Lakhan is an absolutely phenomenal hair stylist and dresser. He makes the entire experience professional, relaxing, and nothing shy of excellent. During the hair wash and blow dry, he also seamlessly integrates his expertise as a professional head massage therapist, providing deep tissue, soothing scalp massages. Regarding the blowout itself, he proves he is also an expert with women’s styling, as he goes above and beyond to carefully style each section of hair. If words don’t do it justice, I have gone every Saturday for 2 months and intend to continue doing so for the remainder of my six month stay here. I also have had excellent head massages from Mercy, full body oil massages, eyebrowing threading, and pedicure treatments. All of the staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely professional. I am a regular visitor for all services and would recommend to any friend.

Incident: First bought a gift card worth Rs 10k, waited for 2 days as mentioned on their website & tried booking for the spa visit & to my surprise when the gift card code was entered it said coupon code is invalid/gift card code does not exist. I told them I am not interested in availing their services & to refund the money as their code isn't working, they refusing to do so quoting about the money once debited from account/card is non-refundable. I mean come on if your code does not work why the hell cant you return the money. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COST!!!!

Enjoyed many treatments at Tattva during my stay at the Hilton. Zumo was a wonderful therapist, she is very professional, and experienced with massage treatments. Rooms are clean and provided a tranquil atmosphere. Tea was also served after treatment. Facility has room showers, in the treatment room, which is nice to clean up before or after. Spa offers an array of treatments to try, and a salon for hair and nails.

I was doing a 5 day package at Tattva spa while staying at the Hilton golf links Bangalore. I am so thrilled to say that each and every session was Devine. I had the most wonderful experience. The girls are so gentle and the massage I kind of go in a trance and it is so calming. My body and mine is so relaxed. I do my sessions after my days work and I can go to sleep in my room upstairs. They have a wide range of massages and facials and other things to choose from. The people at the front desk Akash and John are very kind and helpful. Khruza, Likha Dipu, Atunakili and all the girls who do the massage are really sooo good. I love them. I recommend this place to anyone who want to have a good calming experience. My experience with Tattva Spa has been quite underwhelming and disappointing so far. I gifted an eight month membership of this spa to my wife a few months back. I chose this spa over the other options as it is a part Hilton. Being a 5-star hotel Spa, I expected the experience to be completely hassle free. However, so far this has not been the case for us. The entire ordeal of scheduling an appointment with this spa is painful and full of suspense till the last minute. Here are a few instances: 1. Most of the times, they do not send a confirmation SMS or mail after booking an appointment. They do have a system for that though, and we get an SMS on some rare occasions. 2. Once, after confirming a 2pm appointment over phone, they rescheduled it to 6pm without checking whether we are available. When we called the spa to inform that we booked for 2pm, some other person answered the call. He had no clue about the previous conversation and was super rude. Finally, we had to cancel this booking. Cancellation is not a big deal, but the staff behavior was completely uncalled for. 3. After this incident occurred, we always call again to confirm whether they have really booked it in their system. Today also, we booked another appointment around 4-5 hours back. Still no SMS received so far. So we will be waiting in suspense whether they have really entered it in the system or whether they will reschedule it later. This is not expected from a high end spa. Things should be more professional. Booking an appointment should be a hassle free experience. A spa visit is meant to relax your mind. Unfortunately, for us, booking a visit with Tattva Spa has the opposite effect. It makes us more tense. This completely defeats the purpose of going to a spa. I regret taking their membership as we are stuck with them for another few months. P.S. Massage facilities are good overall. That is the only reason that I am giving two stars.

Very good service and ambience. It costed around 3k for a deep tissue massage for a single person. The massage was really good. They provide single room as well as couple rooms ( pl mention that while booking) Only one thing they can improve on is the cleanliness of the towels that are used through out the service. I asked them to get them changed as they were not cleaned properly.
