We had a disappointing experience at Tattva Spa – Courtyard by Marriott, Hebbal and definitely did not get the premium service we expected for the price we paid. Key Issues: 1. Billing Scam? We pre-booked a couple’s massage at 3:30 PM through their website and received an invoice that showed an amount much lower than what we actually paid. Despite raising this issue at the reception, no resolution was provided. Attaching proof of the mismatch. 2. Fake Feedback Requests A day before our actual visit, I received a thank you for visiting message with a feedback form—before we had even stepped in. How are they collecting real feedback if they send requests in advance? 3. Uncomfortable Massage Room The room assigned to us had direct sunlight coming in, making it an uncomfortable and sweaty experience for one of us. The AC failed to compensate, making it far from relaxing. 4. Mediocre Massage The massage itself was just okayish, not something I would expect from a premium spa. 5. Unhygienic Shower Facilities Post-massage, we found the bathroom drainage completely clogged. Water spilled out of the shower area, flooding the entire bathroom. We couldn’t even shower properly and had to use towels to dry ourselves before leaving. Extremely disappointing. Overall, this was not worth the money spent. Attaching images as proof of billing mismatch. Hope the management takes real action rather than just copy-pasting generic responses.

I got a 2 hour massage session that included 60 minute full body deep tissue 30 minute leg 30 minute head massages I feel great! And it was 100% worth it. I had an appointment for a cleansing facial at 11 am. I reached around 11:05. The technician was not available. Waited till 11:30 to begin. Keni and Along, the staff, were kind however confused as to what service I had booked online. The facial itself was very relaxing although it felt rather short. Would have liked to be given a cream post the session as my skin felt dry without it. Not sure if I would visit again.

This was my first time getting a treatment in Tattva Spa. I chose a Swedish massage to relieve all the stress. Siang was an amazing tenured masseur. She knew the pressure points and delivered a very soothing massage. I've had few massages in other spa's and I have to admit this was the best one so far. I felt completely relaxed. Shreya in the reception was very sweet and interacted well, also gave me a discount card for my next visit which was the icing on the cake. Looking forward to the experience again.

I had booked a couple massage session on my anniversary for me and my wife. It was a relaxing and comfortable session.the staffs are welcoming and well trained. The masseuse were very nice, well experienced and they took care of our comfort while massage. Ambience was nice, but could have been better. We took the steam shower afterwards which was nice, but again washroom could have been little bigger and better. Overall, it was a nice experience, will definitely visit again.

Zovinuo knew the massage techniques really well and ensured good pressure with use of oil... I chose the vimukti oil and I was relieved of my travel fatigue and the body pains... I travel a bit for business and have tried massages in different countries. My masseur at Tattva Spa is called Jessica and I picked 90min of deep tissue massage. She was very good. I felt totally at ease and comfortable with her. Jessica would ask me if the pressure strength was OK. She noticed my discomforts when I was lying on my chest. She would try to make me feel more comfortable on my chest. Her shoulder massage was superb. I truly enjoyed the session with her. As for ambience for the spa, I think they should take note of a few things. A spa room should be personal. But there are random stuff in the room such as charging phone, someone's luggage etc. There is no clear instruction where to keep my clothes or handbag. There is no locked cupboard in the room. They also do not provide in-house slippers which is 1st time I encountered in a spa. Anyhow I had a good experience and do ask for Jessica. Don't forget to leave her some tips !

It was an amazingly relaxing experience. Right from customer service to the therapy, cannot fault it at all. I was staying at the Courtyard by Marriott so had to give this place a try. Had booked an appointment for Saturday which I had to postpone by an hour over the phone. Rescheduling was totally hassle free. When I arrived, Kini, the lady at the reception, was extremely apologetic as one of the therapist had called in sick. She sorted out an appointment for me an hour later. Since I wasn’t massively pressed for time, it didn’t bother me much and I used that time to enjoy a quick swim in the gorgeous infinity pool. Kini and her colleague Along recommended the Swedish massage, and I opted for it. . The therapist Lam, was excellent. She really came across as a trained professional who really knew what she was doing. I am glad I visited. I was offered a 10% discount as well by Kini for scheduling error, which I gladly accepted. I went on my husband's birthday here.. It's in the Marriott building, with beautiful entrance. The moment u go near it smells so serene and blissful with those essential oils. We had booked it online and reached on time. We were welcomed with cocum juice while discussing the treatment to go through.. Since we were couple they offered couple service.. We took serene which included deep tissue massage for 90 min. They offer wide range of massage oils and all are awesome.. we chose vimukthi oil which helps in relieving pain. Both therapists were great. Gentle soft spoken and very professional. And sensitive for privacy. They give utmost importance to privacy which we both loved. After 90min massage they allow us to take steam and shower. Overall experience was amazing and relaxing.. I reduced one star as i felt lil overpriced but its all worth it. U will never be disappointed.. As name says it has Tattva in it... Great job team.. Thanks Lam!!

My husband and I went for a couples Swedish massage, without knowing how disappointing the entire process would be. The worst part about the entire experience is the lack of any kind of action/interest shown by the customer support team to take feedback and understand what went wrong, and help the customer who’s paid a lot of money, spent time and effort to gain a relaxing experience. Here’s a few things that spoiled the entire experience for us, and we would never recommend going to this spa to anyone we know. 1. For a couples massage, one bed came with a built in face resting space, while the other table had a detachable one (and I was given this bed). Since the face rest was not a part of the bed and attached separately, it landed up giving me very bad shoulder ache. 2. The robes and every single piece of clothing provided was simply too small, maybe fits a small to medium size well. When we asked for a change, they said that these were the largest size available. 3. The operators idea of a light pressure massage is simply pouring oil and spend less than 2-3 mins on each area for its absorption. Please note there isn’t any massage actually happening - it’s more of an oil bath. 4. We gave our feedback, told the spa manager everything - and about 4 hrs later, we get a call from an intern level person to ask what went wrong and since then, everyone has just disappeared. No refund, no credit voucher, nothing - it wasn’t even offered. If we wanted apologies as a resolution, the spa manager gave enough of those. There’s been absolutely no action taken on the escalation raised. If you want to save your money, time and effort and a horrible experience, I would say avoid Tattva spa.

I would like to share an incident about unacceptable behavior of one of your employees at the Tattva Spa in Marriott Courtyard Hebbal. I am one of the tenured members of Tattva Spa, and I was surprised with such misbehaviour by your untrained staff at the front desk called Miss Ranjeeta. I visited your spa on Aug 06 when I was welcomed by this rude front desk executive from your team because I was late by 20 minutes for the appointment. She refused giving me my preferred masseuse (which she had promised earlier while making the appointment). Then she told me that I would need to manage with a room without a steam facility and less experienced masseuse or I could leave since i was late. I left without taking any services and was alarmed with such unprofessional behavior. I came all the way after an hour drive to deal with this! Your masseuse are all great but such behaviour at the front desk throws you in poor light. Ranjeeta was very argumentative and did not care to have lost a customer. Being in the business of relaxation, I do not expect such attitude and unprofessional behaviour from your team. You need to train your staff and avoid keeping such temperamental staff at the front desk. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have decided to stop going to your spa anymore and thus request you to refund the balance amount from my membership. I have also reached out to your Area manager (R. Shrivastav) and General Manager (Praveen). Though they are privy of the entire incident and said that someone from customer care would reach out, I have not received any calls from anybody. I believe Tattva really doesn't care on losing its customers for bad behaviour.

I had been going to this spa on. a weekly basis for 6 months now. I have to say this is one of the best spa in Bangalore. The facility is calming and clean and the Service is top notch. I have had a couple of massage therapists, all are good. And one of them in particular, Sushina, is the best. She had worked her magic every time to remove the knots in my shoulder and neck and the pain from my lower back. I am refreshed and cannot wait to go back again next week!

The experience was overall very bad. We booked a treatment for 2pm, started around 2:30pm. The therapist were childish and not professional at all - spend most of the times talking and laughing - by laughing I mean laughing loud and hard to the point they had to leave the room. The towels they gave us weren’t clean. Regarding massage and relaxation techniques - they had no idea of what they were doing. Our complain doesn’t go to the therapists but to the spa itself - you need to better educate the people that work with you. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. The positive points go to - steam and sauna available.

Went there for second time, the massage and the ambience was great, but not so pleasant experience with the billing. The manager gave me a coupon for Rs. 1000 when I visited first time. As I presented the coupon this time, I could visible see him not happy about it and started giving me stupid reasons for why I cannot use that coupon. I could see him trying really hard to give me a valid reason that can convince me lol. He himself had told me I could use it for anything without any conditions. I was too relaxed to argue and loose my mind about it (just had a relaxing massage lol), so I just paid the money and left. Please don't issue coupons when you cannot honor them.

Excellent spa ! I went in for a 90 minute Swedish massage and the experience was incredible. The staff at the reception are extremely courteous and make you feel very comfortable. The massage rooms are clean , and the room temperature and lighting is just right with soothing background music. The masseuse Sushina was courteous, and very good with her technique making the massage truly relaxing. One of the best places in Bangalore for a relaxing full body massage.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Tattva Spa, thanks to Naomi. I'd received a service from Naomi on the first day, and couldn't resist booking additional services with her. Apart from delivering excellent services (she even offered recommendations that worked out great!), she was extremely kind & courteous. If I'm returning to the area again, I'll be sure to ask for her again! And, I also want to call out Netaji from the spa reception, who went above and beyond in ensuring every guest was taken care of, without skipping a beat. It was a delight seeing him multitasking between the phone and the reception area, making eye contact with every guest who needed help, often requestibg the room number/ phone number from guests who didn'thave the time to wait up. I hope the hotel does end up adding an additional concierge to the spa reception, given the number of guests. Overall, a fantastic experience at the Tattva Spa! :)

Do not take membership if you cant visit spa on week days. If you are a member, then you wont get slots on weekends. On weekends, either all slots are booked or they keep the slots open for walkin members. They wont give you any preference because you are a member. In fact you will be the last guy to consider for any appointments. Also, They dont have good therapists nowadays. They have some amateur therapists whose service is not worth the money we pay. Prices are very high and service quality is very low nowadays. I have been a member from 8 months. During my initial days as member, I felt the worth for the money paid, because there were some very experienced massage therapists. Now I see all good therapists have left.

Very unhappy with the reception. We had a booking on a Sunday but when we reached there we were told that some other guest was already in and we were told to come back after 4 hours. Visited Tattva Hebbal for a deep tissue massage. Was greeted by Akshita at the reception, and served herbal tea. She was very helpful and gave recommendations for the oil blend. The room was private and had an attached bathroom with was neat and clean. The ambiance was very soothing. Therapist Tusey Siang was great, she was thorough and focused on stiff areas. I felt super relaxed. 10/10 recommend, totally worth it, will revisit soon.

I was tired by hectic travel..on request they have done 60 min foot reflexology with dry massage on head ,neck and back as I had sinus issues.i had to spl mention about the staff Mrs hollika.she had done a magic and the ultimate therapy which relaxed me to extreme levels,and helped my sinus clear away.unforforgetable experience one should go through to believe it.god bless Tattva
