What an amazing and memorable experience!
My wife and I were staying at the Marriott during our road trip from Bangalore to Mumbai. We managed to check in only around 6 PM and, naturally, were quite exhausted after the long drive. Since we had to check out the very next morning and continue our journey, we had very little time to enjoy the hotel’s facilities, including the spa.
We decided to simply walk in and check out the spa, not really expecting much given the late hour. That’s when we met Nancy, who turned what could have been a quick visit into one of the highlights of our stay!
Nancy was incredibly warm, welcoming and accommodating. Despite the late hour, she went out of her way to make special arrangements for both of us to enjoy a massage. She also strongly recommended the Potli massage, something neither of us had tried before.
Our therapists, Mercy and Sumila, were absolutely wonderful. The experience was deeply relaxing, rejuvenating and exactly what we needed after a long day on the road. We were so relaxed that we practically drifted off to sleep during the sessions!
I have been a regular at spas over the years and have experienced quite a few treatments, but this one genuinely stood out. It wasn’t just about the massage; it was the warmth, personal attention and genuine effort of the entire team that made it special.
A huge thank you to Nancy for going the extra mile, and to Mercy and Sumila for the wonderful experience.
It’s often the people who make a hotel memorable, and this team certainly did that for us.
