I had the loveliest experience getting a massage at Tattva at Four Points by Sheraton. The centre is located inside the hotel, on the first floor. Honestly, this was one of my absolute best experiences ever. I’ve been getting massages for years, but this one stood out by far, truly the bestest I’d say. The therapists are incredibly professional, and you can really feel that you’re in expert hands. I opted for a Swedish massage, and oh my god, it was so relaxing , I can’t even put it into words. I opted for a Swedish massage, which was done by Moijum, and she demonstrated excellent technique throughout the session. Her pressure was perfectly balanced, and she paid great attention to detail, focusing on the right muscle areas to relieve tension. She maintained a high level of professionalism, ensuring I was comfortable at every step and explaining the process politely. The spa itself was well-maintained, clean, and had a calm ambiance that enhanced the overall experience.

There is no complaint against the therapists. My main concern is that Tattva Spa in Shollinganaloor branch, Chennai doesn't have a couples room. We had pre-booked our session online. In spite of the therapists informing Tattva manager about the unavailability of Couples room in this branch, they still continue to offer this online while booking slots.

Very unprofessional. The therapist Dim was asking me about tips while giving me a massage. She did not seem to have any technique and her pressure was nonexistent. Overall a terrible experience and overpriced.
