Tattva Wellness Spa at Polo Orchid Cheerapunji completely elevated our experience there. Mr.Somnath was extremely professional, courteous and went out of his way to answer all our questions that were not spa related at all 😂. He was gracious enough to address our questions regarding sightseeing and also sent us very helpful links. Since it was my birthday, he suggested we go in for a couple's massage with turmeric oil which was locally developed by them in cheerapunji. He explained the many benefits of the turmeric oil and gave us a detailed understanding of different oils they had and which would suit our needs the best. We finalised a combination of their turmeric oil+ojas oil. Furthermore, the healers were fantastic. Special shoutout to them- Sarlangki and Nambhah. It was a 120 hours of pure relaxation. Complete rejuvenation and bliss. To top it all, their couple's massage room had an impeccable view of the seven sisters waterfall. Amazing and one of a kind experience! 5/5 for location, knowledge, courtesy, healers and overall hospitality.

Had a very relaxing time here, the geography of Cherapunjee demands you to be more ready for the trecks and hikes and there's no better place to be ready for that. Not only the service but the ambience and location as well are 10/10. I had a fantastic full body massage. The therapist was incredibly skilled and attentive to my needs. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. If you are worried about the prices, it's not more than any good spa in a metro city and for sure is worth it. The manager was also kind enough to offer a discount as we stayed in Polo Cherapunjee. The ambiance of the spa is so calming as well. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful experience at this mind blowing spa retreat courtesy a gift from a friend. After a tiring day of roaming around, we were warmly greeted and offered a choice of wonderful oils, the masseuse were knowledgeable, extremely professional and super competent. The fact that there is a unearthly and beautiful view that makes you feel even more tranquil and transported is only amplified by the huge bathtub and the steam area that you can lounge in after your massage. I can’t recommend this more as an experience in the hills of Cherrapunjee absolutely not to be missed. It was one of the top 3 spa experiences ever. Amazing people. Great Masseuse. And because it was in the morning lean hours, they gave me the couple room which comes with a bathtub, balcony and amazing panoramic view of the seven sister waterfall and its valley view. And the welcome drink of Cocum juice. Amazing. They even gave me a larger repeat after I mentioned I don't want tea or coffee at the end of the service.
