We had a wonderful experience at Tatva Spa. The ambience, hygiene, and overall calmness of the place were excellent. The therapy techniques were very well executed, and the choice of oils added to the relaxing experience. The steam room and bath facilities were great. It is especially recommended for a couple spa experience. The peaceful environment, aroma, and attention to detail truly stood out. A couple of minor improvements could be the AC noise, which slightly disturbed the mood, and having the massage oil a bit warmer. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

My experience with their Tattva Spa Radisson Paschim Vihar is very unsatisfactory. Firstly, majority of the staff is new and seem to be not knowing their job. It’s not worth taking membership there. Upon request for trained therapists, they confirm for the same but when you reach there, they assign some untrained staff. Secondly, I made the full payment of membership on 4th May and inspite of my regular follow up with Supervisor on duty, Ms Priya, they took more than 23 days just to send a form for taking my details for processing the membership. It’s not been done till date. She promises to revert soon but never does. Quite unpleasant experience in overall. Won’t recommend to anyone.
