I bought their therapy worth ₹7,000 during their anniversary sale. Recently realised that the expiry of the voucher to avail it was yesterday so I wrote to them today to be slightly flexible to let me book a session this week and I was outright denied, explaining how its not in their terms and conditions. Being penalized over ₹7,000 for being just one day late, with absolutely no consideration or flexibility reflects extremely poorly on Tattva's customer policies. It comes across as rigid and, frankly, exploitative rather than service-oriented. In response, I highlight an inconsistency from their end which is that a month ago I had reached out to their booking consultant to check for availability, but I received no response. This delay was entirely on their end at that point. So I'm surprised that are customers expected to purchase services and then continuously follow up with them to secure an appointment? If they are so choosing to enforce policies so strictly, then accountability must work both ways. By that same logic, should there not be compensation or at least consideration for the delay caused by Tattva's team?

Very relaxing. My masseuse was beautiful and had very skillfully hands. I feel much better after the jet lag massage. I hope everyone can experience massage healing

I really enjoyed my visit to this spa. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The massage was excellent. The therapist was very good and made sure I was relaxed. It really helped with my body tension. The spa is also very clean and smells nice. Everyone who works there is polite and helpful. I will definitely visit again and tell my friends about it.
