It was really good - good knowledge of pressure points, managed to understand where my pain areas were and kneaded the knots out. The wrap was also delicious, left my skin feeling smooth! The headrest of the bed was a little high for me so my neck was a little out of joint, but once I lay on my back it was all fine. The shower was lovely, but didn’t drain very quickly so was standing in an inch of water after the shower. Minor points really

Personally, we took deep tissue and Indian Ayurvedic and enjoyed it very much. In the deep tissue treatment, the therapist applied pressure with a precise and pleasant amount and was sensitive and was really successful. In Indian it was softer, but went into the muscles, Jessie, the dedicated therapist, was pleasant, interested in my well-being and checked if the pressure was appropriate. The atmosphere was super relaxed, from the smell and cleanliness of the room, the design, the music, to the offer of water when we first entered the spa. At the end of the treatment, we went in for five minutes dry and then showered. After that, we received tea with honey and water and it was great. I really enjoyed my head and neck massage at Tattva Spa. The place is calm and only relaxing music is playing. The receptionist as well as the massage ladies were so welcoming and spoke very good English - so communication went smoothly. The spa is clean and offers a wide range of treatments. A tea is offered after the treatment. I directly booked a second massage! The only confusion I had was finding the place. It is located inside a hotel complex and the sign says „O spa“. Only inside you can see the Tattva signage on the wall. So don’t be surprised.

Afterward you go into an attached steam room for 5 min and then have a shower, which was neat. I booked online during thr week and also got a discount.

The place is nice and clean. We went for a couple's massage which was fine but for the amount they charge, they only provide 5 mins of steam which if you know how steam works makes no difference. The towels they provided were smelling bad which in my book is not acceptable. One of the masseuses had a cold and she kept using the same hand to massage which she sneezed into. South Goa doesn't have a lot of options for a spa apart from the ones within the 5 star resorts but if you have to go then this is one of the better ones still.

The facility is clean, neat, nicely designed. The massage was lovely. I warmly recommend it to people wanting a high-quality massage experience. Some suggestions for improvements to the management: 1. Make sure that the online consultant with whom people inquire about massages and book has the correct information. The price he gave me on the phone was not corresponding to the price that I was asked to pay upon the arrival. This is not acceptable, and lack of professionalism/transparency. I appreciate that the manager did a kind gesture and applied a discount to the final price to make up for the error of the consultant. Thank you. 2. After the massage and wonderful steam bath, I had a shampoo but the conditioner was not available. I requested it to the staff, but she said she couldn’t give me one. In a good quality spa, this is a standard minimum: a conditioner for hair. It is not expensive; and provides good care to spa clients. Please provide hair conditioner together with shampoo. 3. The massage was done in a professional way, however for European customers please note that a softer and slower way of performing the treatment is preferred. The masseuse who performed Abhyanga massage was rather violent in her movements (I doubt she trained in Kerala, home to Abhyanga) and when I asked to decrease the strength - she was unable to do it. She continued in a very rough way. Another point is speed: she was rushing the movements (imagine 90 minutes of treatment when the therapist is riding over your body with 100km/h speed). For the healing effect, you should apply slower movements. Please for the client’s health and good, relaxing experience - try to slow down your movement when massaging. It will also be good for you not to rush and be stressed :-) Overall: you need to improve improve your service in order to match the quality of what you are proving with prices (between 4-6k for a massage, which is 4-5 times more expensive than other massages in the village). I am ready to pay this price, but for much higher quality of service and products provided. Thank you.

It was out of the blue that after all the water activities, I was suggested the spa by the rainbow hostel owner where I stayed. Although it was an impromptu decision and I literally walked in when they were swamped by back to back bookings, they somehow adjusted my tired self for some much needed travel energizer massage. My masseuse was sorjeeta and she really worked on all my sore muscles. Happy with the service, I came the following day for a facial and head massage. Amanda who took care of me on this day worked her magic and made me go on a power nap. The service overall is helpful and tranquil. The oils relax you and leave you smelling heavenly. Soft spoken and communicative staff. If ever in palolem, the spa is a must try.

I had no advanced booking but since had known about it from google and somehow saw it walking on the street so came in and made the booking. The staff was very humble and the ambience, the service and the products they used was really good. I had no issues at all.
