However the company Tattva Spa is very unprofessional they have different prices on the hotel reception and once you go in they change the prices for everything on the top of it the receptionist didn’t had a minimum sense of customer rights as the prices differ and they had to give me for the price i saw online when i finished with my massage they wanted to charge me 18% tax extra whereas no where in webpage it mentions about the taxes to be paid extra! What kind of cheapness is that so unprofessional askin for more money that what is to be paid according to their tariff online! Very disappointing

I booked a Swedish massage it was very soothing and relaxing. Mucham was very professional and polite. I took my two friends they are also extremely happy for the service. But worst thing is hygiene. Water clogged all the way under my toes. I came here expecting hygiene but they are lacking it. When I complained this to the duty manager(Alenti) she said it happened to the other customer the same day before mine. I don’t know it’s their laziness to fix it or what. I was not satisfied with this. I don’t recommend any for them again.

We came here seeing great reviews. We were very disappointed when our jet leg massage turned into just over loaded with oil rather than an actual massage. I'm okay if they use more oil but some level of massage has to be done to relieve muscle pressure. It can be an isolated incident as others seem to like the messages here. Felt as if our therapists were not experienced. Depending on the body part the pressure has to be applied accordingly but in the case it was very uneven and the entire 90 min felt uncomfortable. I'd not be visiting again or recommending to others. The steam was nice..
