Here at the Marriott Gurgaon location today for my second couple's massage with my partner, using their amazing Tattva E-Gift card which we received as one of our wedding gifts. Took the relaxing Swedish massage and feeling truly rejuvenated. The staff, therapists, and ambience are all top notch, as always. ❤️ We got to experience their facility on the first floor which is even more elaborate, with amenities such as the steam room and vanity setup, in addition to the usual bathing area. Love not having to step out in the chilly winds with wet hair, haha. Truly amazing experience, will be back soon!

I was so happy with Prity who was able to completely release muscle tension from my body with just the right amount of pressure (I hate it when a lot of places end up using low pressure, it just doesn’t work for muscle tension). I was left feeling completely relaxed, her calm and professional demeanour made it a smooth and relaxing spa experience. I’d definitely recommend. Also plus points to the staff who patiently heard out my concerns to recommend the best therapy for me. 10/10 recommend :)

The spa was very thoughtful curation. I had booked a 60 mins deep tissue massage online. Soniya was my masseuse and she was excellent, polite and very well trained. The staff welcomed me, suggested the best therapy oil and Sonya asked me if I also wanted a head massage post my therapy. Tattva provides a 5 min steam and 10 mins shower complimentary. Their toiletries like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are all excellent. I give this spa a 5 stars for their service. The only thing that they should improve is the response time of their customer support team. Would look forward for more such sessions here.

I went to the spa for a one hour swedish massage session and had a really good experience. The room and atmosphere was relaxing with some ambient music. The massage was really good and professional. The therapist Priyanka really helped release my tensions and back pain. She is well trained and knew pressure points. She was regularly communicating to know if the pressure was adequate. Herbal tea was offered after the session. Overall a superb experience. Will definitely come back.

I visited the pritampura branch of tattva and had tremendous experience and wasn't let down by their CBM branch either. I have been travelling a lot for the whole of north tour and developed a bad back and this spa session really helped. The aroma, the serenity and room set up and even they let you choose the oil ( i preferred ojas) is just really wholesome with the price point. The manager, the staff are really expert and professional in their job which is a plus point.

My airpods were left behind and I asked one of the staff to get it from the room but the staff came back saying they did not find it. When I confronted them by saying that can I got and have a look once, they denied it saying another customer is in the room. The call center staff for booking the appointment is rude and I was taken aback that a organisation that is present for wellness does not have kind & understanding customer facing staff. While booking an appointment, when I mentioned, that will be redeeming the voucher issued by Tattva, the staff’s instant reaction was to demand the coupon number and refused to book the slot. It’s surprising that a customer’s integrity is doubted like this for a booking Also the experience at Tattva Marriot courtyard Gurgaon was unpleasant and they don’t have the bandwidth/ customer experience to deal with the customers . When faced with problem they will try to make you speak you to their call center. Overall unpleasant experience with customer care for booking and walk-in experience when I had the booking confirmation but they denied due to their technical back-end issue.

My recent "couple spa day" at Tattva Spa was as less of a rejuvenating escape and more of an escape room challenge, only the prize wasn't relaxation, but sheer bewilderment. My "deep tissue" session felt more like a toddler enthusiastically playing patty-cake on my back. The "therapist" seemed less trained in muscle manipulation and more adept at interpretive dance, contorting themselves into questionable positions that left me wondering if I was supposed to be giving them the massage. 😅 I booked this as a present for my partner but now the experience is worthless, will never visit again and never recommend considering the how much price they charge but not spend on at least hiring a good therapist. I mean seriously the therapist who was assigned to me was continually looking for other members to guide her throughout the session did they charge this much just to train their therapist without my consent😭😭. well i dont know spoiled our one of the memorable day.

I think the whole experience started on a sour note when I was asked to sign a feedback form even before the services began. The therapist seemed novice as the flow was not rhythmic/symmetrical. For a spa that is located in a 5 star hotel, I had such a third class feel here. I got an offer on whatsapp for 30 percent off. The agent who scheduled my appointment was not aware of this and told me to find out on tje day of my appointment itself. The next day I was told it wasn't valid and I cancelled my appointment. I even tried to contact the 'Customer Delight Agent', and they send me a message that I cannot be reached. Two weeks later, I got another whatsapp message with the same offer and luckily this time the scheduler was aware of the offer and was able to get me in . The massage and experience was lovely. A pretty good Spa unlike several others that claim to be the best Spa in Gurgaon. The hosts are welcoming and start by taking your booking details. Next, you fill out some details of what you’d like for your massage, the pressure, which oil you’d like to use to cater to your needs. We opted for a one hour couple massage which was reasonably priced (you can get a pretty sick deal from nearbuy). The place is clean, considering it’s inside the Courtyard by Marriott’s, spacious enough as well and offers a mid segment premium feel. The therapists Grace and (I forgot the other therapist’s name) were well trained and knew pressure points and could identify any knots in your body and worked on them. They were in communication every now and then to gauge if the pressure was adequate. Indian Berry juice was offered both as we got in and after we were done. I recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing day, although, I would recommend that you take the 90 minute session because the 60 minute feels so good that you’ll need more time. I want offered steam or anything else so kinda felt a little left out. Otherwise a superb experience

A very bad experience. Firstly, facilities are bad. The steam has not been working since more than a year but they have promised customers that I tshall be done within a week. Secondly, they will entice you for membership but don't fall for it. They give preference to non members in the hope of membership from them. So, when u try getting slot for spa, they will say they don't have slots available because they are busy enticing other non members to pay for membership. All in all - very bad management, facilities are bad, therapy avg, and most importantly it's a fraud to cheat u into taking membership and post that, no slots shall be available. Don't fall for membership here ever.

I visited Tattva located in CBM, Sushant Lok for Swedish massage for duration of 90 minutes. There was some ongoing promotion, so I decided to give it a try. Prior reservation is recommended to avoid any last minute rush. Valet parking is available at the location, so I simply headed to the reception. Spa reception is adjacent to the main hotel reception on ground floor. Welcome drink is provided on arrival along with warm reception. If you have no clue which option to choose, you are given details of each therapy making it easier to choose. You can tell your masseuse if you have any medical condition or any particular stiffness that you need to be addressed. The session is really relaxing and rejuvenating. You have the option to take shower post therapy session. Yepi was assigned to me and was really good. Thanks to team Tattva for the wonderful experience.

The massage was ok but the facility was in shambles. The entire room was filled with water after shower, which was terribly risky given there was a heater in the room. On top of this, the water wasn't hot. When this was highlighted to the manager, his response was - But the water is warm. Dissapointing!

Good experience this time, though not consistently as we experienced over a period of two years of visiting regularly. Sometimes it was great and sometimes not so. The same massage would be done in different ways by different masseuse that we didn't know what to expect anymore. With this service industry and at this level and cost, they should invest into knowing the preferences of their customers and look into exceeding expectations. Hint: CRM. Still a relatively safe bet in Gurgaon, though at a cost!

Got 60 minute deep tissue massage was wonderful- I have neck and muscle pains ..she worked out these and I felt so much better immediately afterwards.. products they used had a nice decent and the rooms were soothing and relaxing with very comfortable beds and relaxing music.
