It’s not a cheap service, especially with ₹6,800 + 18% GST, but for the quality, technique, and peaceful environment—I’d say it’s worth it if you’re looking to treat yourself or seriously unwind. “ the male reception surendra is the cause of any damage this spa faces in terms of clients & customers” Being a prominent visitor at radisson since my childhood, ive stayed at this hotel quite a lot & used their spa services all around the country. The staff is really great at their services, they’re well behaved and will make sure you feel comfortable. However, the maintenance is a bit low conpared to the price they charge, they should work on renovation. The last thing, the receptionist should be fired! The only reason I will stop coming here after visiting at least once a month since the past year & spending on average 10k each time, will be the rude & arrogant behaviour of the receptionist. He’s not suitable for a job like this rather belongs in a 2-3 star restaurant as a maneger/ receptionist. He sits at the front desk, if you ever encounter rude/ arrogant behaviour from his side (which might not come across as a shock) please write about it so they eventually fire him & continue to maintain the name that tattva spa has.

This was the second time I visited Tattva. Only reason I chose tattva again was because I had wonderful experience the first time and it was at Sushant Lok location. They were hospitable to ask for refreshments and whether or not we had a good time getting the services. Now, here at Radisson. We were not asked even once for water. Also, I left with headache because tables’ headrest was broken and I drop my head a couple of times while resting my head on the headrest. To make it easier I had to use a bunch of towels on a chair which were then supporting headrest to stay stable. No complaints about masseuse, they did their job perfectly. But the overall experience was rather poor and uncomfortable. And even when I took this eventually to the receptionist, she seemed casual about it all. Not fair. Seemed a waste of money.

I booked spa sessions for me and my wife through Nearbuy. I had a call with Tattva Manager Mr Surender Sharma to inquire about the price before I booked the sessions through Nearbuy. Mr Surendre Sharma is so money minded he asked me why you booked through Nearbuy and not directly through me when I was offering you better discounts. I politely told him that I got a better deal that's why I booked through Nearbuy. Then as I booked the sessions for me and my wife for my wedding anniversary day, he spoiled my entire day saying slots are not available. He deliberately denied for the slots. I really doubt if this person ever worked in the hospitality industry. The way he talked with me asking directly why I booked through Nearbuy literally disappointed me as Radisson Blu is a trustworthy name and they have tie up with Nearbuy but they do not entertain the guests. Though I have not yet used the spa services but the experience in starting itself is very very bad.

It does not have good staff,which doesn't have good etiquette on how to talk with customers. And how to provide satisfaction to customers with full potential. I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage. One of the best massage sessions in Delhi NCR. They allow you to have steam and shower post massage sessions which is a surprise factor. However, personally i think the sequence should be steam, massage and shower. My messeuse was Wanjin from Nagaland. A thorough professional with perfect skills. Booking was a smooth process. The guy at reception was helpful. If they include massage of glute muscles, i think it will make the massage perfect. Overall super happy and satisfied and true value for money paid. 5 star rating for the quality of oil used and the luxury of massage room.

Overall experience has been great. it's actually a premium level spa and massage brand in Gurgaon. Tattva ks mostly located inside 5 star hotels only. Towels were completely clean and they also provides you the bathrobe, proper shower toiletries, steam, hot water shower etc. Highly highly recommended. Do not even think of going to local spas (they are not actually the spas) Loved the therapy and the cleanliness around the spa. The staff is experienced and professional and know the actual techniques of different types of massage. Proper hotel parking is available (valet is also available complimentary) + no hassle of traffic.

I went to this spa for multiple services as I had an important family function. It was a total waste of money and the experience was absolutely disappointing. Please avoid getting any service here besides maybe the mainstream massages. I got a facial, which had no massage, no scrub, no blackhead removal. Also got a body wrap that wasn't left on your body even for a min, applied and removed immediately like a scrub. Got a body scrub and body polishing that completely ignored the torso stomach and chest. Scrubed my legs so much that I had rashes and wounds! In addition the shower place had no light. Horrible! Giving 2 stars only for the courtesy of people and the massage.
