Rikynti did a great job. She was very professional. I don't have a problem with the staff. However their offers and gift vouchers system is pretty dubious. I purchased a gift card of INR 7750 a few months ago. I specifically checked at the time of getting it if discounts can be availed when I use the gift card to pay. The agent confirmed that I can because it's like a debit card with my own money in it. Today, I came to avail a service and they had an ongoing promotion for 50% off on Mon-Thur from 10-4 am. Now they say, I can't use the discount because discount can't be clubbed with gift card. The gift card is just where I parked my money and it makes no sense that i cant avail a discount because their system allows to put only one code. When I asked the reservation agent Archit, what benefits i was getting from the gift card it's just the exact amount of money I paid, he said they are giving me 6 months validity. Should I feel good about getting validity on my own money? They are just creating ridiculous rules to dupe customers out of their money. Gift cards are just a scam.

We recently visited this spa. Customer service is poor. The massage therapists don’t have any knowledge or communication skills. The manager didn’t care about any of our concerns. I specifically asked for coconut oil since we wanted something pregnancy safe. But they had no inclination to accommodate our request. On top of it, the rooms are not sound proof. The nearby construction drilling sound was horrible and the manager did nothing to ensure we had a better experience. Towels have the oily smell and they don’t even wash properly. For a premium spa centre, the customer service or the expertise or facilities did not feel premium at all.

Just visited this spa a few hours ago. I've been to the place earlier as well but the experience i had this time was horrible. I had called on prior and book an appointment for a 90 min deep tissue massage. Upon reaching the place i was told that the masseuse are professional and very good, which didn't feel true after the session. My session didn't feel relaxing at all, felt like she was in a hurry to finish. No basic communication asking if the pressure is fine. It didn't even feel like deep tissue massage. The masseuse wasn't aware that it was a 90min session and treated the session like a 60 min session. I usually never like oil on my hair and almost all the places ask what we prefer, yet here it was like I have no choice and once she was aware that it's a 90 min session I got a 30 min head massage which I didn't even need. My whole reason to book the deep tissue massage was for body soreness and to add up to all this she left in between session like 3 times. When it was time for payment and I confronted staff said manager is unavailable and I have to pay the full amount, when I asked if I could speak to him they called him and informed him about what happend he wasn't ready to talk and cut the call and I was forced to pay full for a service I didn't receive. I was really disappointed and didn't expect this from tattva.

So I know this is a new center, but would like to start with a lot of things. I entered the place and they were sending a huge big pile of towels for laundry. The guy was collecting right in front of the sofas. I used the restroom in the start, dint have hand soap there at all. Then we went in, she started the abyanga, her work was good. No issues with that at all. There was no music at all. There was a kid outside most of the time making noises. Why does a person come to wellness spa?? Not at all relaxing. Half the time the room was okay. Other half time, there was light on my face. Not at all pleasant. Not to forget, the towels. They had so much lint. I know the regular towels have lint. But this was too much. Check the pictures. All over my body there was lint stuck. Later when I dressed up into my clothes there was lint. Not one towel. But all the 4 towels used during my replenish spa had the same issue. Except for the spa that women did, I dont know what reason I would see to come back. Paying so much, definitely does not feel relaxing at all.
