I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Tattva Spa at AS Rao nagar. I expected a relaxing and quality experience, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, making it impossible to relax. When I raised this concern, instead of addressing the issue, instead of finding a fix, I was asked to change rooms **in the middle of my massage**, which was highly unprofessional. I requested if they could spray a room freshener to my surprise they could even provide that. Additionally, the towels smelled bad, which was both unhygienic and unacceptable for a spa. To make matters worse, the hair dryers provided were of terrible quality, and there was no switchboard near the mirror. I had to dry my hair without being able to see what I was doing—something I wouldn’t expect at a spa that claims to offer premium services. Overall, the experience was far below expectations.

Despite my attempts to communicate areas of discomfort, the therapist seemed unfamiliar with proper techniques and pressure application, resulting in a massage that was neither relaxing nor effective. The overall atmosphere of the spa was pleasant, with a clean and calming environment. However, the quality of the massage is crucial, and in this case, it was a letdown. I hope Tatva Spa addresses this issue to enhance the experience for future guests.
