I had an amazing deep tissue massage at Tattva Spa today. My masseuse was Daya, and she was very polite, offered a selection of oils and explained every oil clearly. The spa was spotless, quiet, and perfectly comfortable. Daya is incredibly skilled. She kept checking the pressure to see if it was adequate, and her hands truly worked magic. She released the tension in my feet and hamstrings, leaving me feeling light and relaxed, like my feet were floating. 10/10, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Worst massage of my life , they squeezed me in for 30 min. I feel like they just rubbed everything with so much oil I felt disgusted of my self after. They were just ripping my head like I would be at a deep clean at the hairdresser it was horrible!! My experience at Tattva spa in Mariott Exicutive Apartments, Hyderabad is a bit irritating. The room had Happy birthday setting, not giving enough vibe of a spa. The room flooring was of different texture, creating sounds and noises of footwear, even after not wearing footwear. The attendent was stopping after 5 minutes each and taking break of 1,2 minutes. The pressure while doing massage was decreasing as the time was getting over. The worst part is, even after being at Marriott hotel and having a name of Tattva spa, it did not have a separate washroom for customers coming for spa. Common washroom was being used. The professionalism was not maintained at all.

Couple’s Massage at Tattva Spa – Marriott Executive Apartments Appointment Date: 22.04.2025 time: 10:00 am I have been a regular guest at Tattva Spa, visiting around 5–6 times in the past. Unfortunately, the service quality has significantly deteriorated, and our most recent experience was disappointing to say the least. To start, our 10:00 AM couple’s massage appointment did not begin on time due to a double booking issue, which led to a 15–20 minute delay. The masseuse later admitted that such scheduling conflicts had been happening daily, yet no corrective action seems to have been taken. The other couple, who had also booked, were asked to leave. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. Shockingly, the masseuse had to keep stepping out during the session to attend to walk-in guests and phone calls. This has happened during our last two visits, breaking the flow of the massage and reducing the quality of the experience. Moreover, the massage itself felt rushed and mechanical. My therapist seemed distracted and in a hurry—strokes lacked pressure and consistency, and it felt like she was just rubbing oil. My husband’s massage started before mine, and my therapist rushed to catch up, which only worsened the experience. Once again, she left midway to attend to a guest at the front desk. Though we had booked a 90-minute session, the massage was cut short to about 60–70 minutes—likely to accommodate the other waiting couple. Lastly, the sauna and shower area is not conveniently connected to the spa and was in a poor state, including being infested with lizards—definitely not the standard one expects from a spa operating under the Marriott brand. Overall, the experience was highly unsatisfactory. While I had enjoyed early previous visits, the recent decline in professionalism and quality has left us quite disappointed. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

I was very excited to have this massage as I booked for my mom and she had a great experience. Mine experience was awful. I Asked for deep tissue with specific attention for my achy back. Instead I got oil rubbed on me for 90 minutes with no pressure at all.mostly on my arms and legs which I didn't need. The masseuse clearly doesn't have the strength to do a Swedish massage nor the expertise. Super dissapointing and steer clear of her. There are many other great places to get a massage in Hyderabad. The shower was nice. But in the gym bathrooms.

If your team lacks knowledge about certain services, management should prioritize training and education. This is a crucial gap that needs attention. Unprofessional Practices: My mom and I both had facials. Shockingly, the staff member attending to my mom didn’t provide a robe or gown until she specifically asked for one. Instead, she was told to simply lie down, and only then was a towel offered. This felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. Misleading Advertising: If massages are the spa's specialty, it would be better to market them as such rather than over-promising on facials. This mismatch in expectations left us feeling deceived. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and not worth the time or money. For a spa located in a premium venue like Marriott, I expected much more. If Tattva wants to maintain its reputation, significant improvements in service and professionalism are urgently needed.

The therapist was inexperienced and after massage I had back and neck pains with bruises. After after repeated follow ups and complains all that they did was they offered compensatory 30 mins of complementary massage voucher for head or back. After spending almost 8k for a couple massage and a spoilt evening on our special day this is how Tattva chose to compensate us. Worst hospitality ever. Dont recommend Tattva to anyone.

I was welcomed by the spa manager, Rainy, who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Rainy took the time to explain the various therapies and treatment plans and was genuinely interested in receiving feedback after each session. The therapists, Lulu and Fancy, displayed remarkable skill and professionalism. They inquired about my specific areas of concern during the therapy and thoughtfully provided water, moisturizer, and a hair dryer following the therapy to my comfort. I have no doubt that the other therapists at Tattva Spa are equally well-trained and dedicated to providing an excellent experience. The spa facility itself is top-notch, and the quality of toiletries provided adds to the overall sense of luxury. My experience at Tattva Spa was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a rejuvenating spa experience. I look forward to returning for more treatments the next time I travel to India.

This is one of the best places for body relaxation and if you're really sleep deprived or worn out. The spa is located on the roof top of Marriott apartments in Hitech City. The masseuses are very professional and there need not be any fear of abuse. Amrita from West Bengal at the reception is good with communication and explanation of each massage. Lulu from Nagaland is highly professional with her work and I am sure all others too. There was constant communication regarding the pressure or any pain. I was asked about the oils and other preferences when choosing the massage. I highly recommend this place.

Have traveled the world and book my stays on having spas. This was no different as soon as I heard from Madhav that the spa opened I had to come by and check it out. Absolutely amazing right from the reception manager Mushtaq explaining all the services and offering some amazing teas. Very clean massage room right type of music everything was simple perfect. The amazing lady who did my massage was Mene she asked and did the correct amount of pressure needed. The entire experience was simple superb. Must visit by everyone I can't wait to visit again.
