Zero professionalism. They confirmed my appointment for a particular slot and gave it away to someone else. Then they are asking me to take a future slot which is after my take off time

The girl at reception is so rude and not fit for the job, change the person, and I'll strongly suggest to keep someone with a smiling face and show some gesture to customer

Nice foot massage.
Should put less and subtle lights. It was just above the head so wasnt pleasant.
Should put light music of relaxation, like waterflow etc for better relaxation as i was throughout listening to the snore of person sitting next to me.
Should use hot water towel post oil massage instead of spraying cold water.
should also use acupressure equipments.
Overall it was nice.
Can try if you have spare time while waiting for your flight.

Was made to wait for 45 mins and then they shut the place much before the listed time. The store manager doesn’t really seem like she cares and spent most of her time talking to the boy from the cigarette stall next to it. Didn’t even respond to other customers who were waiting after me, and quickly left.
