The lighting was low and the temperature was nice. The room also had a steam room and shower with good amenities provided like a shower cap and plenty of towels. When asked she started sugar coating it with her ideas this looks nice on ur face mam, etc etc. I will never recommend her as she even burned my skin during waxing. How does the owner have kept her with zero beauty products knowledge. My humble request to owner of this parlour is to terminate her with a proper trained young lady with good customer oriented skills. As she is degenerating ur business as well.

Very very poor setup at this hotel. No welcome drink No choice of oil to be used for massage. (Btw both of the above things were offered to us when we went to Tattva spa at Sawai Madhopur) I had booked a session for my wife there but the hospitality was ZERO. She had request her masseuse to oil her hair and face but I think she didn't want to. The manager at the reception (Ajeya) would try to paste the membership to you but I am sorry to say that you can't even manage to give 1 good massage. People, go there at your own risk.

please read full and never share your number with any employee of this spa centre. This is good place and the person who do massage are very nice. But i want to share my experience but before that i will also tell that the hotel is very very good. On 30 june 2019 I visited the tattva spa in hotel i was in-house guest. When I entered manager was very nice and good to me actually i am disabled, than she helped me to climb massage table and the person how did massage was also nice we had good talk while massage and after that when massage over the manager again help me to get down off table. She was very helpful as much possible she can. After that i give payment and tip of 500₹ to the person who did massage and told one of there other staff that tell that person to collect 500₹ tip from manager. And after that manager again come and ask me to write reviews on trip advisor i said okay and she asked my my number and i gave that was my big mistake than she send me link for review and rating and i left. At night she call me 🤙 and put her phone on speaker and said she was confused of tip and she was saying that her employee is saying that how much tip i gave. Than i said i gave 500₹ tip than I think her intention was caught infront of her employee than she said okay sorry i was confused and everything was clear and over. But after 1 day over next day in morning she again WhatsApp me and said i know what you told to the person who brought you on wheelchair to spa we are not like what you said we are good person we don’t do that kind of work and bla bla. Than I WhatsApp her and text her and ever tried to call her but no reply i said who told you all these things please bring him front clear i did not said anything and if you want i can come back to clear all misunderstanding. I don’t know what actually was going on and what was manager intention. At time of visit she was very helpful and good but later she was very dramatic on phone and WhatsApp. I think she was caught on tip matter. That’s why she was making all these stories. My request you if you have choice than don’t visit this spa try some other place and if you visit never ever share your number with anyone of them. the hotel is really nice my hotel experience is awesome. but because of spa i am giving 2 stars.
