Tattva Spa was an overall serene experience. Right from the beginning, the interactions with the staff were calm and respectful. On entry we were offered green tea. Followed by which we were asked to fill out a sheet for our preferences of the massage. We went for a 1hr session, and i opted for strong pressure. The masseuses were very hospitable, and ensured we were comfortable with the pressure. It was truly a relaxing and rejuvinating experience! Followed by the massage, hot shower facility was provided. Overall I am totally satisfied, and would recommend to anyone. ❤️

Today, I had a "Deep Sleep" package at Tattva Wellness in Kochi, and honestly, I felt much better after the massage. Everything was just amazing. This treatment was suggested by the front office staff, who were very professional and gave a great presentation. I highly recommend this place for relaxation. Please note, however, that the ambience is limited, the room was quite small, and there is no steam room, but the service itself was outstanding.

This was our first spa experience in Kochi, and it did not disappoint. There are a few choice of messages, we got the deep tissue and ayurvedic ones. For the non ayurvedic massage you get to choose from a list of oils. The place was clean service and staff were pleasant and polite, and overall, the ambience was nice as well We were welcomed with a Kokum drink and asked to fill out a form with our problem areas, not sure if they took that into consideration though, hehe. The massage in itself, at the time felt just alright, but after that we felt super relaxed and our bodies felt really at ease, so they did do a great job, weather it felt like it or not. Usually during massage you doubt if they really did the whole 60 minutes a promised, but here, we felt like they have definitely spent the time we were promised, maybe even slightly more. We ended with a herbal tea. I would like to try other spas before I come back here, but it's definitely going one that's worth considering to go back to. They only have one shower though, so you may have to wait if there are other people. The price was also quite alright for a 5 star and their services.
