The experience could have been better. I had to wait around 10-15 minutes in the massage room, half undressed, before the session started. I chose the Abhyanga massage, but the oil wasn’t warm, and even though I mentioned my lower-back discomfort, not much attention was given there. The therapist didn’t ask about any injuries or focus areas either. After the session, there were no shower instructions, and I had to call reception for help with the hot water — which was wrongly marked and had very low flow. The only nice touch was the hot tea at the end, which I appreciated.

I was glad to see Tattva Spa opening minutes walk from my home and I was not disappointed. I was welcomed professionally by the gentleman on the reception who explained all the therapies. I chose the deep tissue massage for 90 minutes and was not disappointed. My therapist was Tracey and she was fantastic a through professional and knew exactly what she was doing . I must admit this was my best massage in India since my return from Australia. It was also good to see a proper massage bed , the room was comfortable but lacked warmth. There was no music playing in the background as well in the room which is a must as I could hear the traffic noise . The toilet drainage needs attention as the water a big puddle of water when I was taking a shower. Overall a very good massage experience, a few finer points need attention.
