Masseuse was quite rude. Within five minutes of my arrival, she asked if it was my first time getting a spa treatment, which felt unnecessary. I had forgotten to remove my bangle, and instead of politely reminding me to take it off, she kept rubbing against it, which was uncomfortable. I had kept my phone on silent to maintain a peaceful environment, but the reception phone kept ringing loudly on speaker. I opted for the Abhyanga Ayurvedic massage, but the masseuse seemed to lack basic knowledge of the treatment. She started the massage from my feet and barely massaged my head at the end. Even after I specifically requested her not to tangle my hair and to massage my scalp properly instead of rolling my hair around, she ignored my request and left my hair badly tangled. To make matters worse, the steam room wasn't working. Given the overall experience, I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower there. I ended up sitting in the reception area to comb my hair (thankfully, I carry my own comb). Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place at all.

The spa was neat and clean and well managed by Ms. Nidhi and the team members of the Tattva. The massage was really relaxing and very good. The massaure was knowledgeable and really good with the massaging techniques. Nahad, the manager, was also extremely friendly and welcoming. When I mentioned that I brought my mom for Mother’s Day, she kindly gave us a discount, suggested the best massage for my mom, and helped us throughout the visit. I recently visited Tattva Wellness Spa at Le Méridien for a Swedish massage session. On arrival, I was welcomed with a kokum drink, but unfortunately, it was quite tasteless and didn’t create a great first impression. The massage session itself was average—not bad, but not particularly relaxing or exceptional either. One thing I found a bit inconvenient was the steam room being located outside the therapy area, which felt awkward to access during the session. Another concern was the seating arrangement. The waiting/sitting area is placed right in front of the reception counter. After my session, while having herbal tea, I felt uncomfortable as the manager and therapist were directly in front of me and seemed to be observing, which made the experience awkward rather than relaxing. Overall, the place has potential given its location, but improvements are needed in ambiance, privacy, and overall guest experience to match expectations.

I took 60 minutes Deep tissue massage package. Their rose oil is good. I specifically mentioned to them mainly focus on neck and shoulder but didnt do up to my expectation and she didn't do head massage at all saying that time limit is exceeded however head massage is included in that package. Overall Experience was okayish. If people have severe neck pain then better to go proper sports massage or ayurveda or physiotherapist. Also you are supposed to walk through the corridor to reach the steam room which is very uncomfortable. Also Staff who did for me is new and doesn't have previous experience. So I am not satisfied with their service.

Worst massage ever. First of all the couples room is in another corner. There is no shower and no steam in the room . They made us walk through the salon in bathrobe with people staring at us. After that the room had no changing room . The shower room also had no lock . Anyone could enter and go . The constant pressure of who will just walk in while we are taking a shower and while changing , forget about being relaxed , it made me more stressed. The whole process was supposed to be relaxing, massage was anyways horrible. The light was not dimmed . Ac switched off in the middle of the massage . There was no calming music . For the first time in a massage session I felt when will this get over. After all that torture - the walk of embarrassment through the salon towards the steam room. Expected luxury got treated as if I was in a common steam room and changing room, poor quality .
