I visited Tattva Spa near Kemps Corner recently. I had a very good experience. Firstly, the place maintains hygiene (which most of the spas in Mumbai don’t). The entire spa had a nice aroma which was very pleasing. The receptionist is a very sweet, warm and welcoming lady. She spoke very nicely to me and discussed with me the massage options and suggested me the suitable one according to my preference. So, full marks for hospitality. Secondly, my masseuse was also very professsional. She did an amazing back massage and she know how to hit the pressure points perfectly. At the end, I was offered herbal tee which was really good. Overall, I had a great experience. And, I will definitely think of coming here once again. Keep up the service Tattva Spa! Cheers!!!

Dear Tattva Spa Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experiences at your spa, which fell far short of the premium service you advertise. First Visit Disappointment (Deep Tissue 60mins + Extension 30mins) Upon arrival for my confirmed 5:00 pm deep tissue massage, I was informed by Swati, the front desk attendant, that a mistake had been made and my appointment was actually for 6:00 pm. This caused a significant inconvenience, forcing me to alter my schedule due to your error. While I had to extended the session by 30 minutes at my cost; which was only necessary because of the therapist's inconsistent pressure and focus, despite my detailed pre-session health assessment. Throughout the session, I had to continuously guide the therapist to ensure proper attention to the areas mentioned in the form. Second Visit Disappointment (Signature Therapy) Despite specifically requesting an experienced therapist for the premium "Signature Therapy" session, I was assigned Lisa. Unfortunately, Lisa's technique was far below the expected standard. She primarily used forearms and elbows, often at uncomfortable pressure points, causing discomfort throughout the session. Furthermore, her constant conversation about personal topics detracted from the intended relaxation. Once again, the pre-session health form seemed entirely disregarded. To compound these issues, ongoing renovations disrupted the tranquil atmosphere I expected during a premium spa experience. At this price point, such disruptions are completely unacceptable. While I appreciate the attempt to rectify the situation by removing the tax on my second visit, this does little to compensate for the overall disappointment. The combination of booking errors, mediocre massage experiences, and a disrupted environment fell far short of the premium service advertised. Given these experiences, I will not be returning to Tattva Spa and am highly skeptical of your ability to deliver a truly premium experience.

Serene Room Spa has the all the good touches of a young, committed, self made and beautiful (inside and outside) entrepreneur - Deepali Sengupta. I have been coming to this spa for, I guess, 4 years. This is one of the most consistent places I have been to (and that's perhaps there best compliment for a wellness place) And for the price it charges (very affordable), it has really a great holistic offering in terms of ambience, hygiene, quality of therapy and therapists etc. I'm sad that I'll not be as frequent now, as I leave Bombay for an indefinite period. But I'll carry great memories.

The overall experience has been brilliant ! Greeted by a very soft spoken and caring gentleman Mr. Rukshad who took care of every little detail before and after the massage which is very exceptional. Was served green tea and asked to relax with no hurry of payment! I opted for a deep tissue massage and a facial, on which i was given a 15% discount , and the break down of that was also explained to me. Was given a coupon for a free foot massage as well! The massage i opted for was so professional and even the facial was not the kinds that you get in parlour, but was an actual therapy! I could actually see a big difference on my face when i got out which normally never happens. My Masseuse was so good that i did go off to sleep and she let me relax too! even after the massage with no hurry of getting up and leaving. I opted to go for steam and shower and came out feeling so alive and beautiful ! A big Thank You to the whole staff! Has been a memorable experience and sure to come here again. - Also, got a statue of Buddha as a gift !
