Absolutely underwhelming horrible spa and massage. Me and my wife took deep tissue and swedish massage . Amateur inexperienced staff. I had one with specs lady. No consistency at all even between 2 sides like both legs.. no stretching at all.. using shortcuts for massage.. Too much cream application. The moment you feel that she has right the spot like a sore muscle they wud move on. Absolutely no idea of pressure points..at all. Not taking cues either. Either they were tired or too amateurish for the massage ordered. Not worth 6k spent for 2 people .. Avoid unless pressed for massage and cant go outside anywhere .

Really disappointed by the service. Had booked a massage as well as facial for my grandmother on her bday. The massage was average but the facial was very disappointing. She literally took only 20mins when i booked for 60 mins and no face massage was given, when complained about the same to the lady she couldn’t understand my grandmother due to language barrier and when i went and asked her she said she had given. I visited this place for the first time, amazing staff, very nice and clean rooms with extremely soft towels. Relaxing music and total noise control, which is very important for me. They also provide disposable underwear (top and bottom). I had 90min deep tissue massage with Ridusha, she stole my heart! Very professional, she knows what she is doing. Through the whole session she kept same pressure and was moving very smooth and deep to my muscles. The only one thing- they don’t accept tips by card, so make sure you take some cash , because service was excellent and I’d definitely take some cash with me for the next time. Thank you!

I got a head massage done but turned out to be really bad firstly they do not have a special oil or basic oil for hair so they use same heavy body oils got hair massage Secondly is the technique which they use which is basically no technique all they were doing is rigorous hair pulling and up and down with hair It turned out to be a disaster as they did not know a thing of head massage so it was a pure money waste so bad that in the service I was literally crying with the hair pulls I was asked not to complain so I did not take it further but for some days I couldn’t even comb kindly b very careful with the hair service here The front desk staff was polite and friendly there are also offers on their site so one must avail those offers for better discounts I was going to take body massage but after this experience I haven’t gone back for any service 😒 I think training is very imp here they have just filled massacre without any training

Unprofessional, inexperienced masseuse and inappropriate to a certain extent due to inexperience. Masseuse had nails grown which hurt n leave scratch marks on complaining they change and give an newbie masseuse an absolute fresher. Despite already ruining the massage experience by the long nail that wasn’t enough inexperienced masseuse ruined it further. And no apology except a simple straight face sorry. Oh forgot the dirty toilet seat 🙊🙈 I wouldn’t recommend the Novotel Andheri space for Tattva spa.
