I had called Tattva Wellness Spa to inquire about any ongoing offers, and I was clearly told by the customer service representative that there were none. Additionally, I was informed that no appointments were available for the day I requested. However, at the same time, I reached out via WhatsApp chat and was suddenly offered an appointment for that very day. I went ahead with the massage and paid ₹4,100 for a 60-minute session. Later, when I decided to rebook for a future date, I discovered on their website that they had a 90-minute spa offer for ₹3,752. Naturally, I was quite disappointed and called to request compensation, but my request was declined. Instead, they only offered 20% off my next appointment, which was still not as good as the deal available on their own website. It’s quite frustrating that the in-spa customer service team seems unaware of the offers listed online. Unfortunately, this lack of transparency and poor coordination does not reflect a customer-first approach. Disappointed with the overall experience!

I think of myself on being somewhat of a spa traveller and I am sorry to say but this spa disappointed me big time ! We were in Mumbai for a quick 2 day stay! Let me start with some positives though .. they booked us in last minute and their prices are not crazy absorbitant! Good but when we arrived for the service, they did not take us for our steam, we were taken to a couples room to start the massage … no options provides (at booking they told us we can choose even as part of package ) and that is generally flexible ..we weren’t asked what aroma we prefer and the whole treatment was done in silence except for asking if the pressure was ok . The job was done so it could be finished on time that’s it … there was 0 customer service. Then we were told we can take steam and shower now? Which aesthetic process involves a steam after a facial ???? Please note: We are not looking for a discount or a free service , we wanted to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience and it wasn’t one ! Won’t be recommending or visiting this spa in future for sure ! Their staff need next level training !

Horrible experience donot ever pay for a long term membership they always do this. They want just money but not give any service. I’m waiting out like a moron for a room for 20mins first and then for my husband for another 20mins. The rooms werent given on time everything was rushed. And the front desk doesnt care at all. I carefully picked the spa and I made best decision ever I met Asma during my first visit and she was incredible and because of her and the rest of the team I kept coming back. Staff is courteous, therapists are experienced and professional. Recommendations on treatment selection were provided basis our requirement by Asma. Special thanks to Rosy and Ina our therapists for an extremely relaxing Swedish massage. The highlight of the spa rooms is that each one has an inbuilt steam facility within the changing room attached to each spa room hence no awkwardness of walking to a common steam room. *I was gifted this spa session by my husband on the occasion of my birthday and the staff made sure they upped their game by enhancing the decor of the room making it even more special…Thank you! ☺️ Will surely be visiting again!

It was my first Ever experience in any spa . Though there are many well known spa in city but i preffered tattva spa over any other spa just because i saw better review on google . To me it was amazing . I was feeling so relaxed during my entire session . All the staff are very proffessional and polite . ambience , Music , Cleanliness everything 10/10 . We went to this spa on my birthday, which was a gift from my wife and we were instantly impressed with the professionalism, service quality and ambiance. So much so that we decided to go for the membership and are continuing it for 2nd year in succession. This spa has everything that one look forward to and that too in the suburb area ! Each of the therapist/healer are well trained, professional and very polite in conduct, as well. Each therapist brings in a little bit of their own style of therapy. The ambiance is top of the class with amenities matching the same. The facilities provided are 5 star like but for the covid related restrictions in place. Service quality is well maintained, particularly during covid and current spa manager Aasmaa has done commendable job. More so because during lockdown, due to business disruption, it was easy to lose the experienced therapist, who are in real sense at heart of this business. But she has managed well not to lose them during the disruptions. Besides that, she always seem forthcoming to guide us through the various therapies. Overall this spa is worth, in every sense, more so for healing, relaxation and good experience.

I woke up the next day with terrible neck and back pain. A few days after that, I woke up in the middle of the night with shooting pain in my forearm. I hope I don’t have any permanent damage.This place is a scam. Do not go here under any circumstances.

I had visited Tattva Spa in Goregaon like to tell you guys it was the best place for relaxation.I had opted for Signature Tattva Spa Massage which was Suggested by the lady incharge Sumi who is very helpful and kind..Great place to de stress yourself. Good staff, great service.

One of the finest spa experiences I’ve had in mumbai. The ambience and hospitality was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. I opted for 2 massages - head & shoulder, and one full body massage. I was extremely delighted with my experience and left Radisson feeling rejuvenated. Cannot say this about a lot of spas in mumbai but Tattva at Radisson is right up there with the best.

One of the best spas I have visited. Very courteous staff and prompt service. Spa rooms are very clean and well maintained. Would like to mention about the manager Ms.Sumi who was extremely good and made us understand about the services, packages, offers & benefits and the products they use. The staffs are very homely who took care of my Cousin’s toddler until we had our time at the spa. We are extremely happy with the quality, service, hygiene and staff behaviour.
