I would give zero stars if possible. The room was not set up. It was missing slippers, shampoo, a towel and I had to keep asking for everything. I asked my therapist if the door was locked. After ensuring me that it was, someone walked in. It felt very unsafe.

Tattva’s customer care executives are by far the worst I’ve dealt with. While their services are excellent, their phone support is extremely disappointing. They don’t seem to know how to speak to customers with basic courtesy. And this wasn’t just a single experience—on two separate calls, one executive actually yelled at me, while another spoke very rudely. I sincerely hope they improve their customer service standards so that the overall experience matches the quality of their services.

We had booked services for three of our family members at Tattva Spa. During the session, my mother was asked by the therapist to remove her gold chain and place it in a wooden tray provided by the staff. Unfortunately, after the session on Saturday, she forgot to collect it. When we contacted the reception today to report this, we were told that no such chain was found, which is highly concerning and unacceptable. The explanation given was that the spa has no jewellery in its possession and that only the concerned staff member who kept it would have it. This response raises serious questions about accountability and customer safety at your facility. I request the management to investigate this matter urgently and provide us with a clear resolution. A prompt and transparent update from your side is expected.

Every 2 months manager changed difficult to communicate our needs every time 2. Very very poor infrastructure currently 3. Out of 10 times only twice the shower worked 4. Not well skilled professionals 5. Extremely stinky and dirty washrooms got UTI twice 6. Not happy getting the membership People there are sweet but too many cons so avoid !

Terrible Customer Experience – Nowhere Near Marriott Standards My husband and I recently visited Tattva Spa, and while their massage and facial services were excellent, the customer experience left us deeply disappointed. As Titanium Elite members, we’ve come to expect high standards from Marriott properties, but Tattva Spa falls far short of these expectations. The front desk staff and central CRM team were rude, dismissive, and policy-driven, making what should have been a relaxing luxury experience feel more like a frustrating chore. Poor Customer Service and Strict, Unreasonable Policies 1. No Choice of Therapist – A Non-Luxury Policy One of the most unacceptable policies at Tattva Spa is that you’re not allowed to choose your therapist, even if you’ve had a great experience with a therapist in the past. This is completely unheard of at any luxury spa we’ve visited, including other Marriott spas like Quan Spa or Nilaya Spa. Even if the preferred therapist is available, they refuse to accommodate the request, citing “policy”. This rigid approach completely diminishes the personal touch that a luxury spa should offer. 2. Rude Behavior from CRM and Front Desk Staff Our initial interactions with the central CRM team were extremely disappointing. We had already purchased a package, but the staff at Tattva Spa were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when we tried to schedule our services. When we arrived at the spa, the front desk staff continued this unpleasant behavior. They haggled over applying our Titanium Elite discount, something that is automatically honored at every other Marriott spa. Instead of offering a warm, welcoming experience, the staff came across as policy-driven and argumentative. 3. Hidden Upcharges for Oil The front desk staff recommended my wife use a specific oil during her massage, but failed to mention it would be an upcharge. This was a surprise charge on the final bill, which felt cheap and deceptive. No other luxury spa we’ve been to has ever charged for oil without clearly disclosing it upfront. 4. Unacceptable Behavior Around Restroom Use Before our service, I asked to use the spa restroom, and I was told to use the gym restroom, which was dirty and poorly maintained. When I pointed this out, the staff argued with me instead of accommodating the request and then let me use restroom. This kind of hostile interaction is completely unacceptable in any luxury setting. They Only Care About Reviews, Not Guests After leaving a poor review, we noticed a sudden shift in behavior. The staff became extremely attentive and accommodating, clearly trying to manage their reputation rather than genuinely caring about guest experience. However, as soon as we removed the review, they went right back to their dismissive and policy-driven behavior, showing that their concern is not sincere. They’re only interested in avoiding bad reviews, not in providing a true luxury experience. Overall: Great Massages, Cheap Experience While the massage and facial services at Tattva Spa are truly excellent, the overall experience feels cheap and unpleasant due to the unprofessional, rigid policies and rude front desk staff and central customer service. We’ve visited Quan Spa and Nilaya Spa, both of which are more expensive but offer a far better experience in terms of customer service and personalization. Tattva Spa is the only Marriott-affiliated spa where we’ve had a poor experience. If Tattva Spa wants to be taken seriously as a luxury spa, they need to drastically improve their customer service approach and rethink their policies to focus on creating a personalized experience for their guests. At this point, it feels like Tattva Spa is only using the Marriott brand name without actually delivering the Marriott luxury experience. Recommendation: Go for the massage as they are great, but don’t expect a true luxury experience from customer service team.

I had visited to tattva in Marriott MEA navi mumbai yesterday which turned out to be a disaster for me. After a hectic day I just needed a good spa experience hence I selected tattva . Firstly there was no aroma no candles and no music in my room. It felt like I am in some local massage parlor than a spa. Secondly I was in my disposable outfit and my masseuse began the massage. In matter of minutes she went out and came back after ten minutes. I didn’t react to it. In next 20mins the manager calls the masseuse frantically that she had to leave me and answer the call. The reason of that hose calls was the manager wanted to know how I am paying my bill. She again took 15mins to finish that call wherein I couldn’t take it anymore and I left. This was not the time someone should have asked me about the payment mode . Secondly I was kept waiting twice during my spa which killed my whole experience. It’s not the fault of my masseuse, it’s the manager who should have been responsible to not call when he knew there’s an appointment going on . This kind of treatment and hospitality was not expected from tattva. It was so so unprofessional. Moreover no one even called me once after I left to apologize. Disgraceful
