HORRIBLE !!after an extensive research - online it says this is the best spa in mysore and windflower being second.SPA doesnt feel like a SPA without any music , pathetic front office /manager , even horrible steam - that one leaks and is very uncomfrotable the least you want out of spa is to be anxious and trying to fix things yourself .REALLY - if you are looking for a nice spa ,time to relax and happy after spa - do not choose this .rather choose windflower .They also charged me hefty 15k for a spa absolutely a waste

The staff were very professional and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The foot massage was very soothing, and the facial left my skin feeling clean and refreshed. Very Poor & Unsafe Experience at Tatva Spa The massage therapists were professional and did a good job. Unfortunately, everything after the massage was extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially for a spa operating inside a 5-star hotel. The jacuzzi overflowed and flooded the entire room, and the staff did not take the situation seriously at all. There was no emergency button or easy way to stop the jacuzzi or call for help. With oil on my body from the massage and water all over the floor, the area became extremely slippery, and I almost fell while getting out of the jacuzzi. Even after informing the staff, the water was not cleaned, and I was asked to continue using the area as it was. Access to the bathroom required walking through the flooded floor, which was both uncomfortable and unsafe. There were also electrical connections in the same flooded area, creating a serious safety concern. Since there was no immediate support, I had to personally go to the hotel reception to ask for help. Communication at the spa desk was also difficult, as the staff struggled with both English and Kannada. What made this more frustrating is that I had experienced a similar issue at Tatva Spa in Bangalore earlier, where better service was promised — but clearly, no improvement has been made. The manager was not available at the time and we were told she would contact us. The next morning, she briefly spoke to us but showed little interest in resolving the issue, simply saying we could visit again next time and they would “see what they can do.” This response was highly dismissive given the seriousness of the situation. Overall, this experience does not meet even basic expectations, let alone the standards of a 5-star spa in a luxury hotel. Due to the lack of safety measures, poor response, and unprofessional handling of the situation, I would strongly recommend avoiding Tatva Spa.

Visited in the month of April. Horrible experience due to the lady managing the spa. We requested for an earlier appointment by half an hour, thoguh the spa was running empty, Although we were ready to wait for our turn outside but the manager lady was quite indifferent and rude. The atmosphere though done up with water bodies did not make us feel at ease due to the indifferent and rude attitude of the staff. They can work on the aroma of the place which wasn’t very great. Once they take you in they offer different oils which have super added costs which were disclosed earlier, and at that point one doesn’t want to make those decisions despite having filled a whole form outside. The Radisson hotel Mysore was wonderful but its association with this spa wasn’t great.

Hi, if you are looking to take a membership plan at tattva Mysore , think twice, because many of their services are not included in the plan, the plan is also not explained clearly at the time of taking membership, they say spa last booking time is 8 pm but during lunch time they don’t take appointments, beyond 6 pm they say its dinner time and can’t give appointments and so on . Even you can’t take refund after taking membership plan. Please think twice before taking any membership plans. Thank u

I had been here several times and would’ve continued visiting every trip I make to Mysore, but the other day’s situation changed that. I won’t be back and I’ve told my traveling friends about it. I came in with a bad sunburn to the face and asked the provider to recommend a facial. She did, and we went ahead. Unfortunately during the facial, she applied straight ice to my face. I feel her intentions were good but a reputable spa should never do this. Nobody should do this. It WORSENS sunburn especially on the delicate face by killing circulation to the area and causing even frost nip to the damaged skin. Any Google search or health provider will confirm this. I very kindly asked for a refund or a free service to maintain the relationship, but they offered a discount only on a future service. Below in their response they’ve told me to call a number which I already did before resorting to writing this. Shame.

I told her that I have pain on de left side of my shoulder and neck and after 50 minutes she had the spot, but I told her many times where the right spot is. During my time in Mysore, I stayed at the Radisson and visited the spa twice - once for an Ayurvedic massage and another time for a wash and blow-dry. Anu performed the massage, and although I regularly get Ayurvedic massages in London, the one with Anu exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to meet my needs, and I would happily return to her whenever I visit Mysore again. Pankaj handled the wash and blow-dry, and he was fantastic. His expertise with hair was evident, and he took the time to give me a long-lasting blow-dry that held up beautifully throughout my entire stay.

This spa is by far the best I’ve visited in Mysuru, and easily among the top in Southern India! I’ve been here several times for different treatments—a soothing Ayurvedic Poultice massage, a decadent Chocolate Pedicure, a Head & Shoulder massage—and I’ve also used their sauna and steam room facilities. They always bring tea after each service and play relaxing music throughout the spa. My go-to masseuse, Anu, is absolutely amazing at the Ayurvedic Poultice massage. I’ll definitely be returning to see her whenever I’m in Mysuru!

One of the best services I've ever experienced. I was very apprehensive as it was my first spa experience but my therapist Miss. Elli, was very supportive and very understanding. You would be utmost comfortable in their hospitality and you would want to come back sooner and try their other services. I have taken the Indian abyangana full body spa. The oil temperature was optimum and the pressure was just perfect. I had severe shoulder ache and its been 3 days and it hasn't resurfaced since the spa treatment. They keep increasing the rates and do not take feedback seriously. Massage is good but paying 2k extra just bcos it is inside radisson blue doesn’t make sense. That too when you have to walk to the steam and sauna section in a bathrobe outside the spa to the common shared area which is open to radisson guests. Everyone sitting in the hotel lobby (guests, staff, helpers) can see you walking half naked to the steam, sauna area which is ridiculous.

Price wise look for what is most comfortable for you, but service wise I do recommend to try this spa for relaxation or even during special occasions. You can also treat your loved ones in here. Masseuse Asani was very good at her job, I recommend her. Tattva spa has become one of my personal favourite.

This was my first spa visit at the Radisson Mysore. The services are extensive and totally worth the money. They communicate and accommodate all your needs, describe it in detail and make sure you’re comfortable in every possible way. As for the spa itself the masseuse was polite and well equipped. She knew all the pressure points, stroke directions and made sure I was okay every step of the way. I followed it up with sauna/steam and jacuzzi which was surprisingly monitored, staffed and timed so we know when to get out. Overall I would recommend it to anybody that wants to relax and feel rejuvenated.

Tattva Spa Mysore at the Radisson Blu Hotel Mysore Perhaps, the best experience I had in Mysore. My wife and I did a 'Bliss' couple spa package and my daughter did the one hour package. We chose the recommended Swedish variety (medium pressure). It was perfect for us! The other two sounded either too mild or too strong. The experience was mind-blowing. The friendly lady at the reception explained and guided us about the types of massage, the oils used etc. Then we were led through the cosy, beautiful premises and corridor into the ambiently lit, spacious room. The massage was heavenly! Sonkumari, Asani, Marita expertly performed their magic on us with no pain or undue pressure/ stretching. They seemed to know exactly how much to do and the areas to focus on. We finished up with a steam/ sauna and Jacuzzi. The steam-sauna and Jacuzzi is situated in another section (common with other hotel guests) but the couple's room has its own special Jacuzzi. We returned feeling a divine mix of rejuvenation and relaxation. And promising ourselves to do this again in future. The highlight of the experience was the very sweet, polite and friendly staff. In the hospitality industry, there is a we-have-to-do-it-because-our-job-demands-it kind of Polite-friendly. And there is a genuine, from-the-heart variety of Polite-friendly. With the staff at Tattva, we clearly felt it as the latter. The only negative point: The ninety minutes passed by too quickly!😄 Both my wife and I wished it has gone on longer. Totally worth every rupee. I would highly recommend it.

This is a luxurious place to stay in mysore have been here before and like the open space and ambience. They are next to a Mall so in case you need to get something its walkable. The hotel is clean and maintained well and u can see Chamundeshwari temple from the room assigned. The food service is slow and you need to remind the servers about your order. Interestingly, the people working there are polite and warm but they need to work on training their people on presence of quickness, in short during breakfast time when you have all guests it's an organized chaos. Overall, it's a nice place to stay and if u prefer to relax,chill and don't mind the wait it's a good place to unwind.

Fantastic place, great hospitality. I had pretty good experience here. The space was good. The atmosphere was really clam and peaceful. It's was luxury, The service was really applaudable , Parking space was enough. The food and service are really up to standards. A wide variety of different cuisines are available. The rooms are so comfy , There is small auditorium / hall for meeting or gathering to take place . The lobby is very welcoming. Really a nice place to stay .

Had the spa therapy here on more than two occasions.... each time it was a different therapist , of course ... all were knowledgeable and fine . Tian, and Poudim comes to mind... both were brilliant. The spa manager Moa was most helpful and suggested the correct therapy . I thank her for her insight to my shoulder injury, and therapy for it . I will certainly visit again ..👍💕
