My first experience here was amazing and I will definitely come back again! But I do have some points of improvements too. The ambience and interiors were so luxurious and soothing. The staff was v friendly throughout - from the receptionist to therapist to post therapy refreshment server (tea) everyone had a smiling face. The rooms, washrooms and salon area were large, clean, well lit and well equipped with all amenities except a hair dryer for women with long hair (I couldn't wash my hair without one). And I discovered the loofa and hair cap after the shower because they were kept outside on near the wash basin (instead of inside the shower room) and no one informed me before I entered for steam otherwise I would have taken them in. But it was available, so I'll use it next time. All bath products were v nice, plant based. Conditioner was also provided. A cute treasure box was there for keeping your jewellery, phone, wallet etc. The actual therapy (90 mins) was absolutely amazing. Therapist was talented and sweet and made sure my foot injury was safe. Adjusted pressure v nicely. I just felt that the time division could be managed better - whole body was covered but maximum focus was on the legs and spine and it was really relaxing but I was looking forward to the neck, shoulder and arms but she had to rush through that. (I did take a pee break but that took 2-3 mins only. Washrooms are also available inside with the room which I thought was really thoughtful!!!) Next time I will request for a more time-balanced therapy. But whatever she did was super relaxing and changed my mood to happy. Everything was clean and well maintained except the massage table, which was creaking loudly (made me think if anyone broke a bone the therapist would think it's the table or not hear it at all!). One last thing that I felt could be better was the noise in the corridor which was louder than the beautiful soft relaxing music inside. I don't know if that was staff or other guests but some silence in the spa could make the experience just perfect!! I hope my feedback will be taken constructively. I will definitely be coming back because overall it was just awesome. Well done to Vritti Spa by Tattva. One of the best spa experiences I have had across NCR. 9 out of 10!!! I highly recommend this spa to everyone!!!! You won't be disappointed. Value for money. Excited to return soon!

Me and My partner we both went for a spa at tattva spa crown plaza greater Noida. But unfortunately it was bad experience and money wasted totally. During the massage I got hurt with sharp nails on my both the hands. Couldn't feel the pressure, and I had to stop the person thrice in between the massage. On top after giving the feedback to the manager , he didn't even showed the concern. And asked us to visit back. I will not recommend this specific Tattva spa to any of my friends or relatives.
