The facility was damp, smelly. The linen, furnishings were smeared with oil, not deep cleaned. The person at the reception did not take the time to explain the type of massage or the steps to me. The masseuse was severely undertrained, she was in a hurry and doing haphazard movements, her nails weren't cut and she was forgetting what she did on one side and skipped it altogether on the other. In between she had to probably take a bathroom break, she left the room without even telling me that she will be back. I left the place without a steam or a shower and 5 mins early. Not for a minute in the 90 mins service did I feel relaxed, well handled or satisfied. They need to train their staff better for 5.3K worth.

I was taken Body massage today and I would like to share by experience 1 I don’t feel like they are providing service in 3star hotel… as they don’t have sufficient staff and whoever attending guest… they are not experienced 2 my appointment was at 5 pm we reach on time… they keep us waiting for 30min and later inside room 15 min …. In short service I won’t feel like 3 star or 5 star …. It was like ok ok I won’t go tattva in future at least in four point viman nagar

You should read it 3.5. I will revisit only if I must have spa and no other place is available. Pros - Hospitality, Spa service 1. Welcome drink and Post service tea 2. Good behaviour 3. Spa technique Cons - Infrastructure, Punctuality, Professionalism 1. Reception was empty when entered and spa started 30mins late 2. Spa room didn't have dedicated attached bath, it had common place like swimming, first time I had such experience and nobody told before entering and changing. Very uncomfortable. 3. Body wash was not refilled , had to use whatever was left.

If someone from the team is concerned they should really check how their employees speak with the clients they are so rude and pathetic and i was trying to take an appointment and during this entire procedure not even one person i spoke with was coordial… they speak as if they are giving it for free. I mean i wish i woulnt have taken the gift card i def would not have gone pathetic!! I donot if this is there pre service what will be the post service….
