Spa is good, staff was also very good ,massage provided also was awesome ,but the thing is tattva backend customer service staff needs to improve a lot as I have to called 3 times for a query and they didn't replied me in a satisfactory manner on email too,only I asked to extend my gift voucher validity by some days which is expiring on 20th Feb they didn't hear n refuse to do,such a small issue is not sort by their team then what's the meaning of customer satisfaction n service to them,I am really not happy with their service I redeemed Rs.3850 for a massage session in voucher of Rs 5000.from next time will not prefer Tattva at all as they don't know meaning of customer service

I took spa for myself and my husband. It was the worst spa of my life. Incomplete strokes, therapist was only rubbing the oil no proper strokes were given. Due to this my stomach got really bad, I had got severe medical emergency , multiple vomitings. Still trying to recover from the health conditions. I have also passed on the message to the manager and receptionist, sent email to escalation team, no reply . It certainly shows that I have wasted my money , that too for getting this much ill.
