Pure mismanagement !! We booked 4 slots a day before. They gave two of our slots to someone else. And we had to cancel our massage appointments. Such a terrible experience.

M very disappointed with the service u have given to me because the steam n Sona bath is not working without that the spa is incomplete, y should I give u money for the package? And also the music was so louder and AC swing is not working the AC the flow was directly coming on my head, only the plus point is Nikita was too good in massage, she did her job very well m happy with her. Just because of her m giving you 3 start otherwise it won’t work for me. Please improve your services.

A relaxing Swedish massage with Nikita. Clean, hygienic facilities. Nikita was professional and did a great job, providing just the right amount of pressure - light, and not too deep. I felt very relaxed and might have drifted off during the 90 minute massage.
