Set among serene surroundings, along the banks of the Ganga, this is a perfect location to relax and rejuvenate . The spa is beautiful and tastefully decorated, and leaves you calm and relaxed when you enter. They have some fantastic massage packages. I went for a head and neck massage which was fantastic and the oils they used were full of earthy smells and beautiful fragrances. It was a great experience. The management and service is excellent. At the end of the session they also provided herbal tea and a takeaway wellness card which has some useful and practical tips on relaxation - a great concept. I would highly recommend this spa. Thank you to the wonderful team here.

Think “hotel massage” and not “Theraputic massage” and u will b less disappointed. We went for deep tissue massage two nights back to back - the first night was decent but the second night one of our therapist was incapable of a deep tissue massage despite repeated requests for more pressure. She then had the nerve to laugh at the request. We almost left mid massage. The person at the desk was of no help and basically blew us off when we brought this highly u professional behavior to their attention. Next step - we need to raise the issue with the hotel’s manager 😞 So if u lower your expectations from a 5 star experience, or if u really don’t want to trek to another location, just go in knowing u get what u get.

Went for a rafting the place is my one of the best place to visit for rafting. Me and my friend has enjoyed a lot but same time feels tired as well when we went back to the hotel and rooming arround the pool a kind lady come as asked us about our stay an the experience . At the same time she knew it we went for rafting an we feels tired so she offer an massage for us which will make our boday relax. I didn't remember the massage name i believe its visram (not sure) but yes all i knew who ever went for the rafting plz do go for this massage after rafting. Again thanks to that lady (Pooja) not sure also the massage staff forgot the name .

About Place -wise it is good, hygiene maintain, clean, staff was good. About service - service was good. But as per charges i found it expensive. In same amount they can provide better service. No steam bath facility after massage. Product - yeah they used good product.

None of the numbers on the website are correct. When trying to call hotel reception the number is engaged. Once you manage to get through, Reception cannot transfer calls to the spa and the number they have given is not correct. So overall impossible to get through
