During the session, warm potlis are gently pressed and slid across the body using techniques such as sliding, press–release, palm circling, cross strokes, and thumb glides. These movements allow the medicinal heat and oils to penetrate deep into muscles and joints, easing stiffness and melting away fatigue. The therapy concludes with soothing effleurage and light vibrations, harmonizing the body and calming the mind.
