• The actual service price will be deducted from the Membership Available balance upon the usage of the facility & services.
• The 50% discount is implied by offering a higher Opening Balance and does not imply further discount on the menu price.
• Redeem your membership exclusively at your home center.**
• A maximum of 3 individuals can redeem their membership on a single day, with each person entitled to up to 120 minutes of service.
• The OTP for redemption will be sent to the registered number. Redemption will not be possible without the OTP.
• The actual total number of services you will avail in your membership will depend on the exact choice of services and duration as per the menu. The menu price for the same will be deducted from your total available balance amount.
• We advise booking your service request 24–48 hours in advance, especially for weekends and bank holidays, to avoid disappointment.
• Membership balance cannot be redeemed against or clubbed with another offer.
• Membership cannot be redeemed on already discounted spa packages.
• Unused credits or balance will be carried forward into your new plan only if the membership is renewed within 30 days of its expiration. The remaining credits will remain valid for use during the first 45 days of your renewed membership plan. (Tattva Spa reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue this carry-forward facility at its sole discretion without prior notice.)
• Membership balance cannot be used to buy gift/prepaid cards or products.
• Once the membership tenure expires, discount benefits will not be available until the membership is renewed.
• In case you are travelling and would like to pause your membership, please advise the central customer service desk. Membership can be paused for a maximum of 1 time and for a maximum of 1 month at a time during the tenure of the membership.
• No compensation will be paid for any service or membership.
• Prior appointment is mandatory & is subject to availability.
• The management holds the right to cancel one’s membership due to any kind of bad conduct or sexually suggestive and unacceptable behavior & no refund shall be allowed.
• No Refunds: All memberships and services are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit under any circumstances.
