Beautiful place and has amazing service! We opted for the hammam spa and it was truly better than the ones we got done in Turkey. The staff was well trained and the interiors were breathtaking. Overall a superb experience. The personnel who handle the bookings over the phone are quite rude though (apart from being complacent) and answer the phone with a ‘ya tell me’ instead of a courteous ‘hello, how may I help you’ – so don’t get put off by that.
