  1) Terms & Conditions for Club Vistara

  3. The validity of the offer extends until May 25, 2025, or as per the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement between Tattva Wellness and CV.
  4. Kindly note that this offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. To earn CV Points, please provide your CV ID when making a payment on the link: https://tattvaspa.com/product-category/club-vistara/.
  6. Enter a valid CV ID during the purchase process to be eligible for the credit of Club Vistara Points.
  7. Earned CV Points will be credited to your Club Vistara account within 30 days after availing the service, excluding appointment cancellations.
  8. Services are available during the operational hours of the spa, subject to the availability of desired time slots at the chosen outlet.

  13. In the rare event of high demand for redemptions near the offer’s expiry date, we may encounter service capacity limitations, which could result in a non-redemption situation.
  14. This offer is subject to withdrawal or modification based on availability and terms of the agreement between Tattva Wellness and CV.

  4. Kindly note that this offer cannot be exchanged for cash.

3) Terms & Conditions for Gyftr

  1. Usage
    Tattva Spa Gift Cards can be used to avail of a variety of spa services at any of our 100+ spa locations across 40+ cities in India.
  2. Website Booking link
    To book your spa experience, please visit https://tattvaspa.com/book-now/ and make an online reservation.
    Validity Period
    Gift cards are valid for a standard period of 180 days from the date of purchase. The validity period of the gift card cannot be extended under any circumstances.
  3. Redemption
    The gift card can only be redeemed once by a single person.
  4. Exclusions
    Tattva Spa Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
    Tattva Spa Gift Cards are non-refundable.
    Gift cards cannot be combined with any ongoing offers, promotions, or discounts.
    The gift card is valid only for selected services. Specific exclusions may apply basis day of the week, time of the day, service selection & outlet.
  5. Booking & Availability
    A prior appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avail of any spa services.
    Walk-in or offline bookings are not eligible, only online reservations are eligible.
    Spa services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Reservation once made is non-refundable due to any reasons. In case the guest wishes to change the time & date of the reservation, Tattva Spa team can assist & try to honor basic availability. This does not hold binding on Tattva Spa in any manner.
