Terms and conditions for employee wellness programs

1) Terms & Conditions for R&R Gift Cards

  1. Tattva Wellness Gift cards for corporate wellness programmes may be purchased by corporate individuals or HR & admin team members for a single organisation.
  2. Corporate Wellness Gift cards bulk purchases can be made for either E Gift cards or physical Gift cards. While E gift cards are instantly delivered within 48 hours, physical gift cards are delivered in 4 – 6 business days.
  3. Customised messages & co-branding may be requested for a minimal charge of Rs. 20 per gift card.
  4. Tattva Spa gift cards can be used to avail a variety of wellness spa services at any of our participating spa locations across India.
  5. Gift cards are valid for a standard period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
  6. Redemption is subject to the availability of services at the chosen spa location.
  7. Gift cards are non-transferable and must be used by the designated employee or their authorized recipient.
  8. Full payment must be made by the corporate client upon placing the order.
  9. Tattva Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
  10. Any misuse of the gift cards is the responsibility of the corporate client.
  11. Any confidential information exchanged between Tattva Wellness and the corporate client will be handled with care and not disclosed to third parties without consent.
  12. Tattva Wellness reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated.
  13. All payments made through the Tattva website are securely processed via Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway.
  14. The validity period of the gift card cannot be extended.
  15. Redemption of the gift card (soft copy) or a printout of the soft copy is mandatory at the time of availing the spa service.
  16. Each gift card can be redeemed only once by a single person.
  17. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be clubbed with any ongoing offers or promotions.
  18. Prior appointment, at least 24 hours in advance, is necessary for availing the spa service.
  19. Spa services are subject to availability.
  20. Standard spa service etiquette and rules apply.

2) Terms & Conditions for Wellness at MICE

  1. Full payment or a deposit might be needed to confirm your reservation. Specific details will be provided during booking.
  2. Please inform us of any participant’s specific health conditions or allergies that could impact the services provided. This helps us tailor the program for optimal benefit.
  3. By participating, you acknowledge an understanding of the nature of the wellness services offered and accept any inherent risks associated with them.
  4. Please note, Tattva is not liable for any damage to the venue or personal property caused by participants during the wellness sessions.
  5. Tattva reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We’ll keep our corporate clients informed of any changes before implementation.
  6. Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before your scheduled session.
  7. Any confidential information exchanged between Tattva Wellness and the corporate client will be handled with care and not disclosed to third parties without consent.

3) Terms & Conditions for Wellness Wednesday

  1. Please provide complete and accurate details when registering for your wellness session.
  2. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the booking details. Kindly, keep this email handy for reference.
  3. We recommend booking your Wellness Wednesday session at least one week prior to your desired date.
  4. Full payment or a deposit might be needed to confirm your reservation. Specific details will be provided during booking.
