Terms and Conditions for Our Spa Centres

We reserve the right to make revisions and updates to these Terms of Use as we deem necessary. All changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on the Website and will be applicable to all users accessing and using the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use implies your acceptance and agreement to the modified terms. It is advised that you check this page periodically to stay informed about any alterations, as they will be binding on you.

  1. Spa Service Etiquettes: We kindly request all our guests to maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere within our Spa. Please refrain from using mobile phones and speaking loudly to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. In consideration of others, we also advise against bringing young children (as many hotels do not have a kids play area) or pets to the Spa.

 

  1. Prior Reservation Requirement: To guarantee your preferred treatment and timing, we recommend making a 24-hour reservation in advance. You can do this by contacting our Spa reception via phone or through our website or by calling our customer care team at 9999120413. Walk-in guests are welcome and will be accommodated based on availability.

 

  1. Treatment of Walk-In Guests: While we do accommodate walk-in guests, please note that availability for immediate services may be limited during peak hours. We will do our best to accommodate your requests or suggest an alternative time for your treatment.

 

  1. Coming Late for an Appointment: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Though we call every time 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment, we still request you to inform us at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

 

  1. Other Delays:In the event of unforeseen delays on our part, we will notify you promptly and make every effort to reschedule your appointment at your convenience. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a credit note that you can use to avail the service.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy: Tattva Spa may have a cancellation window, typically 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, within which you can cancel or reschedule without incurring any charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Understanding and adhering to the cancellation policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience for both the spa and the guests.

 

  1.  Spa Attire: Please wear comfortable clothing or use the provided Spa attire during your treatments. Our therapists are trained to respect your privacy and will ensure you are appropriately draped throughout the service.

 

  1. Health Considerations: For your safety and well-being, kindly inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or specific preferences you may have before your treatment. This information will help us tailor the service to suit your needs and avoid any potential contraindications.

 

  1. Valuables and Belongings: While we strive to provide a secure environment, we advise against bringing valuable items to the Spa. The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

 

  1. Feedback and Concerns: Your feedback is important to us. Please share your feedback with us at wecare@tattvaspa.com to share any good or bad feedback, grievances, issues with service, issues with gift cards, membership & any other concern. We are keen to hear from our customers, all questions, comments and feedback are always welcome. They help us to ensure that every Tattva experience you have is the best it can be.
