1) General Terms of Use:

Tattva PASS is valid for 365 days from the date of registration.
Privileges can be redeemed against validation of registered email ID on the weblink www.tattvaspa.com
Privileges are not valid in conjunction with other promotions.
Privileges are non-extendable, non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or whole.
Privileges are applicable in single guest usage only for one time unless explicitly stated in the welcome vouchers.
Only One Privilege can be redeemed in one visit.
Individual Privilege Voucher T&C’s to be read always in conjunction with these General Terms of Use.
Privileges can only be redeemed as per service/value & discount restrictions as mentioned on the vouchers.
Privilege for birthdays shall be welcome & accommodated basis of verification of details entered during registration & offline verification of matching identity cards.
Privileges are not valid on selected blackout dates including Holi, Dussehra, Diwali, Christmas, Gandhi Jayanti, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Republic Day and Independence Day.

Services are available during the operational hours of the spa, subject to the availability of desired time slots at the chosen outlet.
All prices and offers, if applicable, include taxes and service charges. In cases where there are taxes & service charges extra, the same would explicitly be mentioned.
Adherence to standard spa etiquette is necessary to ensure a harmonious and enjoyable experience for all guests & patrons
In the event of high demand for redemptions near the offer’s expiry date, Tattva Wellness may encounter service capacity limitations, which could result in non-redemption
Tattva Wellness reserves the right to review & modify these General Terms of Use from time to time, and the same will be binding and final on guests.
This offer is subject to the laws of India, and any dispute arising from or related to this offer shall be exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

To redeem voucher codes and access the standard discount, simply visit our website. You can easily utilize the offers, vouchers, and special benefits by entering the activated codes as required during the checkout process.
It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled spa session.
For the convenience of other guests, kindly inform us of any cancellations at least 4 working hours before your appointment.
Walk-in service requests might not be entertained due to on-going/scheduled services at the spa center.

3) SPA ETIQUETTES

Help us maintain the serene environment of the spa by keeping your mobile phones silent and speaking softly.
Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted within the spa unless accompanied by an adult.
Smoking, vaping and consumption of alcohol are prohibited within the spa area.
The spa management has the discretion of not serving guests under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
Gentlemen are advised to shave at least 3 hours prior to a facial session.
Disposable undergarments will be provided for your convenience during the massage therapy. Kindly wear these during your session for optimal comfort.
Our therapists are committed to ensuring your privacy. They will consistently utilize draping techniques during treatments to maintain your comfort and respect your privacy.
A shower is required before the spa therapy for ensuring a hygienic work environment for our spa associates.
You are requested to adhere to and not exceed the standard time for the shower and/or steam to allow for appropriate time for cleaning of the therapy room before the next guest service.

4) CONSIDERATIONS

Pregnant lady guests and other guests with any medical condition are advised to consult their doctors before signing up for any services and inform the spa therapist about the condition.
The spa treatments offered by Elementia Wellness Pvt. Ltd. serve general purposes and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical treatment, regardless of any condition guests may have, whether medical or otherwise. Neither its employees nor representatives will be held liable for any incident experienced by the guest during or after the spa service.
The spa treatments rendered by Elementia Wellness Pvt. Ltd. are professional in nature. Any illicit or sexually suggestive behavior, remarks or advances made by the guest will result in the immediate termination of the session and may result in legal action. The guest will also be liable to pay for the complete charges of the scheduled service.
