Terms & Conditions for Membership purchases

Simpli Spa Membership

1. Membership can be redeemed from Monday–Thursday during Spa operational hours.
2. The membership is valid for 4 months from the date of purchase and is non-extendable.
3. Membership can be confirmed only upon complete advance payment.
4. Your membership includes 06 sessions of Swedish/Deep Tissue massage, each lasting 60 minutes. Please note, these sessions do not include steams services.
5. You can redeem your membership exclusively at the center where it was purchased.
6. Once your membership is purchased, you will receive an activation email containing a link to the Terms & Conditions. By completing the activation form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions. After submission, you can redeem your services at the center where the membership was purchased, within 24 hours.
7. Membership redemption can be done by a maximum of 1 individual on a single day.
8. The same contact number must be used throughout the validity of the membership.
9. The binding terms on EWPL are only as per email exchange between the guest & the email ID – hello@tattvaspa.com. Any other channel of communication for any benefits is invalid in its entirety.
10. The OTP for redemption will be sent to the registered number. Redemption will not be possible without the OTP.
11. We advise booking your service request 24-48 hours in advance and bank holidays to avoid disappointment.
12. Membership balance cannot be redeemed against or clubbed with another offer.
13. Membership cannot be redeemed on already discounted spa packages.
14. Membership balance cannot be used to buy gift/prepaid cards or products.
15. No compensation will be paid for any service or membership.
16. Prior appointment is mandatory & is subject to availability.
17. The management holds the right to cancel one’s membership due to any kind of bad conduct or sexually suggestive and unacceptable behavior & no refund shall be allowed.
18. No Refunds: All memberships and services are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit under any circumstances.
19. Non-Shareable: Services are strictly for the individual who purchased the membership and cannot be shared, transferred, or gifted to another person.

Peace Membership

1. PEACE is a prepaid membership plan under Tattva REViBE.
2. Membership can be confirmed only upon complete advance payment.
3. Membership opening balance of INR 24000 is valid for 8 months from the date of purchase.
4. The actual service price will be deducted from the Membership Available balance upon the usage of the facility & services.
5. The 25% discount is implied by offering a higher Opening balance and does not imply further discount on menu price.
6. You can redeem your membership exclusively at the center where it was purchased.
7. Once your membership is purchased, you will receive an activation email containing a link to the Terms & Conditions. By completing the activation form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions. After submission, you can redeem your services at the center where the membership was purchased, within 24 hours.

13. We advise booking your service request 24-48 hours in advance especially for weekends and bank holidays to avoid disappointment.
14. Membership balance cannot be redeemed against or clubbed with another offer.
15. Membership cannot be redeemed on already discounted spa packages.
16. Unused credits or balance will be carried forward into your new plan only if the membership is renewed within 30 days of its expiration. The remaining credits will remain valid for use during the first 45 days of your renewed membership plan. (Tattva Spa reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue this carry-forward facility at its sole discretion without prior notice).
17. Membership balance cannot be used to buy gift/prepaid cards or products.
18. Once the membership tenure expires, discount benefits will not be available until the membership is renewed.
19. In case you are travelling and would like to pause your membership, please advise the central customer service desk. Membership can be paused for a maximum of 1 time and for a maximum of 1 month at a time in the tenure of the membership.
20. No compensation will be paid for any service or membership.
21. Prior appointment is mandatory & is subject to availability.
22. The management holds the right to cancel one’s membership due to any kind of bad conduct or sexually suggestive and unacceptable behaviour & no refund shall be allowed.
23. No Refunds: All memberships and services are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit under any circumstances.

Serenity Membership

1. SERENITY is a prepaid membership plan under Tattva REViBE.
2. Membership can be confirmed only upon complete advance payment.
3. Membership opening balance of INR 36000 is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
4. The actual service price will be deducted from the Membership Available balance upon the usage of the facility & services.
5. The 33% discount is implied by offering a higher Opening balance and does not imply further discount on menu price.
6. Redeem your membership exclusively at your home center.**
7. A maximum of 3 individuals can redeem their membership on a single day, with each person entitled to up to 120 minutes of service.
8. The OTP for redemption will be sent to the registered number. Redemption will not be possible without the OTP.

3. Membership opening balance of INR 72000 is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
4. The actual service price will be deducted from the Membership Available balance upon the usage of the facility & services.
5. The 45% discount is implied by offering a higher Opening balance and does not imply further discount on menu price.
6. Redeem your membership exclusively at your home center.**
7. Avail 25% discount upon your spa redemption visit at other than home center**
8. A maximum of 3 individuals can redeem their membership on a single day, with each person entitled to up to 120 minutes of service.
9. The OTP for redemption will be sent to the registered number. Redemption will not be possible without the OTP. Kindly contact the central customer service desk in case the mobile number needs to be updated.
10. The actual total number of services you will avail in your membership will depend on the exact choice of services and duration as per the menu. The menu price for the same will be deducted from your total available balance amount.

While we strive to maintain the highest standards of safety and service, Tattva Wellness Spa, its affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from the use of our facilities, services, or membership benefits.

Members are responsible for ensuring that they are in suitable health to participate in spa services and activities. Tattva Wellness Spa is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from medical conditions or pre-existing injuries.
